Came up as the number on Caller ID, solely. I don't have vm on the cell, so they couldn't leave a msg., anyway.

Now Caller ID comes up (spoofed?) as Energy Checkup.

This company calls all day and leaves no message I am clueless as to who they are or what they want. How do they get stopped?!

Same as the above.  No response to our Hellos and then we hung up.

The calls come into this agency at all time of day and night. This is harassment and a threat this should be dealt with to the highest and to FCC regulations.

Same outcome on today's call; voicemail from a woman with a distinct middle eastern accent saying (futilely), "Hello, hello, hello..."   GOODBYE!!

Got another call from these idiots, just now.  Didn't answer, never do.  

Rang only once at 8:49PM, on 3/24/14.  Awful late, but I wouldn't have answered, anyway.  I'm sure it's a scammer. By the way, your computer clock is ahead one day.  I'm writing this before midnight, EDT, on 3/24.
