DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO - I saw a t.v. report on this type of scam - if it wasn't these fools then it is someone exactly like them. They are so phoney when the call - they jive talk about this court blah blah and that legal blah blah. Tell them to get a real job cleaning toilets.

No they can't. Don't verify your SSN.. They are violating the fair debt collection laws threatening you. I checked the court house there is no lawsuit there. They won't even give me a mailing address.Do not pay them they only do EFT from checking and will wipe you out.

Does anyone know if they have really sent summons to a job? I cannot have this type of distraction at my work, it could cost me my job. I just agreed to pay them so they would stop calling me.. they told me if I did not set up a payment plan they would have a constable at my office within a hour. Can they do this? and they threatened that court fees will be triple amount the loan I defaulted on.. I am so scared.. what should I do?

someone called and accused me of check fraud. Said they were coming to my work with subpoenas. They called my sister and the HR Director of the company I work for! I have no bounced checks and even called my bank. nothing. the number they told me to call is 855-266-7230. They said if I called I could avoid the subpoenas. THat number is listed in Cambodia! lol! I told them to go ahead and bring the subpoenas to my work!
beware! they are very aggressive and intense...
