Jason Stone R&L Capitol...has left several messages, similar to the ones listed above. Completely rude and unprofessional. Has been reported to the FBI Internet Fraud Division for harassment

This guy Jason Stone is a scam artist!!!!  If you get a call from him or anyone claiming to by from R and L Capital, file a report immediately with the FBI Internet Fraud Division. You can look up the contact info online.  Also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and your local sheriff's office immediately,  Make sure that you give his complete name, the company name he is using and any and all telephone numbers he is using.  The one that I have been getting calls from is 1-855-269-6470.

my roomate received the same call from the same person last year, and then I got one, the guy was very threatening, and sounded like a broke old guy.. I ignored it for sure..sounds like bogus stuff

I received a cal like that today, but the number that was left, was 1-855-269-6470, I saw in another person blog, the number was 8470, changing digits maybe, but they said the same to me, they have been trying to get in touch with me, because I have ignored legal correspondence, and they need me to call them, to give me the opportunity, to address it before it goesany further. I have no idea what this is, there is no mention of any name, or SSI #, or what the issue is. Crazy as it sounds, if this was really a legal situation, my address is out there, I would get certified amil delivered. I work for the state. No big secret where I am, anyone can find me. sounds a little fishy. not giving any information over the phone or by mail. if someone wants me bad enough, better send a courier with a sumonce, with my name on it.

The fact that these idiots called that number means that are randomly calling people without disclosing any names or information to what it pertains to means that this is a total scam! Or you are one of the pieces of s*** that work there, if so you should get a real job maybe like dog park fices management.

What  are you talking about?  A "minor" can not be held accountable for what a scammer is doing.  you are an idiot.  She was trying to explain that  her MINOR SON received a voicemail from whatever SCAM this number is up to ... get a life

People do not have a list of who has minor sons with cell phones and If you allow your minor sons to be in control of their own cell phone,  then you are as responsible for them receiving  these calls as those who made them..

Some guy by the name of Jason Stone called my minor sons cell phone stating that he was calling from R&L Capital in regards to a complaint made in "his" name and he had sent paperwork to our home that was ignored. To call back 888-319-3217 within 24 hours to take care of this matter...

Keep leaving messages that I'm involved in a fraud or theft case but they don't state who the message is for.  They only say involving your ssn.  I think they're looking for the person who had my cell phone number before I did.

Got a call from an "Andrew Something" today saying that there is legal action against me and that I've been notified through mail but have ignored it so now theyre calling me to speak to me directly? I honestly have no idea what's going on. I usually don't answer unknown numbers but I've recently been applying for scholarships for college next year so I figured I should answer it. Nope. He definitely DID NOT want to give me money for school.

Called today, didnt leave voicemail.

Got a threatening call today.
