wyhndam professionals...they are a company that buys old debt...similar to portfolio recovery...bottom feeders.

Unfortunately the Do NOt Call Registry list does not affect these kinds of calls.

This person is trying to reach my ex and has called me 5 times in the last 24 hours.  5 TIMES!  I've answered and spoken to them each time, too.  Is this NOT considered harrassment?  Any attorneys out there care to take this on?  I am registered on the do no call list, this number has never been associated with my ex, as I obtained it 8 years after our divorce and I also get unsolicited calls and text messages.  Windham "professionals" so-called has called me 18 times in the last 7 days.  Like I said, 5 times in the last 24 hours from 855 270 2733, 6 times between last Monday and Wednesday from 866 799 0613 and 7 times between Wednesday and Sunday (yes at 6:02 am Sunday morning) from 702 754 2029.  I'm wondering at what point I can sue these jerks?  I have an 80 year old father, who not only gets 3-4 calls a month from them as well, but he has memorized my number and I don't want to change it just because of Wyndham/Windham jerks!!
Beware, they are relentless and don't listen.  Keep asking for my ss# even though I've told them I'm no longer married to the person they ask for when they first call!!!

They will call several times a day. They never leave a message.
