They have called several times a day!  They either hang up when I answer or I hear background noise only.  I returned the call once...it was a scam...I told them never to call my number again...their reply  was, but you called us!  They continue to call and hang up.  I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC.

I get phone calls all the time! Nobody is even there but they keep calling me!

The caller i.d. just says 800 svc., so I don't know the company name or the con-artists involved.  But they have called our home number 6 times in less than 3 days.  Also associate with them are the following numbers:  1.800.237.8369, 540.423.3714, 804.375.0054, and 1.888.276.9392.  This all started a few days ago when my husband thought he was applying to a legit job.  Many of these jobs will tie you into whether you want a college degree or not.  You say no, but it's a trap.  They will call you at least 31 days.  You have to contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at 1.877.382.4357 to report it.  Plus, you need to go to donotcall.gov I think the site is to put your phone number on the list.  I don't understand why the government can't stop the harassment from the very beginning instead of waiting 31 days.  It's ridiculous.

I have received 6 calls in less than 24 hours from the following scam artist phone numbers:

You say, "Hello, hello, hello...."  Finally someone will ask for my husband.  This all stems from a scam job that he tried to apply to.  When you exit out of the program, you are trapped into saying no to furthering your college degree.  But it traps you!  I'm tired of the scumbags calling!  It's harassment.

This number has called me 6 times this morning.  No message just phone call after phone call.

Got quite a few calls the past couple days from this number. Finally after the 3rd day I picked up, and they immediately hung up. They called right back, I picked up, and I could barely understand the lady, she barely spoke English and asked if I had inquired online about seeking legal assistance , which I have never done in my life. Don't pick up from this number

They call at least twice a day at my house. I answered once and they told me that I requested info about continuining my education and I told them no I did not and was not interested. Furthermore, to try and keep me on the line they tried offering me a job for some medical business. I told them not interested but they keep calling back. So. Annoying.

Four calls today alone, no message left, I don't answer numbers I don't know so idk who it is....

I get these calls all the time.  Many times it is unknown.  They ask about furthering educations and such. I'm unemployed as are some other folks on here and I fill out about a dozen apps every week;  It seems these calls correlate to filling out online applications.  Welcome to cyber space; home of the dregs of society.   If they can get your number, they'll call you.  If they call you it's because they want money.

Some person wanting to talk to me about furthering my education, claiming I requested this information. Hello! Unemployed. The last thing I'd do is try and go back to school since I obviously have no money to go to school. Idiots.
