My father got the same call for my mom. But I handle her healthcare so he passed the info on to me. Turns out it is some outfit wanting to send her a "positively yours" packet. Something about living positivIy. I  hung up.

I've gotten 3 messages to return a call to 855-270-8584 from United Healtcare.  The calls have never been returned.  I'm also reporting them to my United Healthcare agent locally.  

I also rec'd a call from 412-315-0811.   The message was to call back at 855-270-6584 and they would
"brighten my day".

Same thing - caller ID comes up United Healthcare 412-315-0811. Gave callback # of 855-270-6584. I called back the 412 number and while they knew my first name they wanted to sell me something called a "You" package. Hung up. I guess they clone United Healthcare so people think it's important.

I have the same extremely annoying problem and don't know how to get rid of it. They appear
everywhere...off to the side, on top of YouTube videos, you name it.  Their "We miss you" boxes
are going to make me drop them completely.  I eliminated their cookies and the problem just
continues.

Swanson's are getting annoying with their ads showing up everywhere on my search pages, saying I haven't completed my order (lie).  They may lose me as a customer.  
I already had their  (UHC) "happy Mood" booklet from when they wanted to send out someone to evaluate my home life, told them "NO".  They are wasting so much money on this "crap", but I guess they have to prove they are doing preventative care.

2/20/2014  Today my wife got a call from someone who claimed to be with United Health Care, and left a message to call  855-270-6584 for a pleasant surprise. I called and got a recording about some treatment to lift my mood.
Tracing the call I find the Swanson Vitamins Company's ad.

message garbled, unclear if it was legit or not. no caller information left and a different number appears on the caller id... but totally unsolicited by me.

On 2/12/14 I received an automated message asking me (it stated my full name) to call United Health Care toll-free at 855-270-6584 for "some news that is sure to brighten my day."  Because that is my insurance company, I called it. I got a voice robot asking if I wanted to commit to a happier life by talking with one of their consultants.  I told the robot, "No!" and it said okay, could we send you a free "Happy Health Kit" to your home address (which they HAD) instead?  I thought that couldn't hurt, so I said yes and hung up.  All the while I had a funny feeling, which I stupidly didn't listen to.  Later that day, a friend told me about scammers who get you to call them on toll-free numbers.  They then RE-ROUTE your call to another (non toll- free) number where crooks rack up charges (international calls, porno calls, etc.) which will show up on YOUR phone bill.  You can't do anything about it because you did indeed call the scam number!  So, I called my phone company and they said they couldn't do anything at this time and to carefully watch my bill.  I then called UHC and they, of course, had no knowledge of "Happy Health Kits" (which by that time I really needed,) had no record of calling me and if they ever wanted to get ahold of me, they'd have me call the customer service number that's on the back of my insurance card.  (Duh, I hadn't thought of that.)  Bottom line: Don't fall for this scam like I did.  Even though they somehow had my name, address and insurance company, they were crooks. And, trust your vibes.

I received a call from 855-270-6584, said it was United Healthcare which was why I answered the phone. Recorded message asked for mu husband and wanted me to have him call back for a "free gift." Needless to say he is NOT going to call back now or ever. Robo Scam I'm sure.

I listened to the whole schpeel.  It's United Healthcare wanting to send you a pamphlet on how to have a good attitude.  Where do they get this stuff from, focus groups.  They don't identify themselves, so we all go here first to see what kind of a scam it is and all they want to know is whether or not this charade makes us feel better about THEM!  

Blow it off unless you're really depressed.

I,also received today a call from 1-412-315-0811- Pittsburg, Penna., at 3:30 P.M.,saying that
are from U.H.Care. They said that they have  "a nice Gift" for me, and to call them back
at 1-855-270-6584. I ignored the message. simply stated: It's a SCAM!

The numbers are for real.  I called customer service at UHC to check and they confirmed that they are doing a promotion and giving away a "Happy Health Kit".  If you can get someone to answer the call-back number, they will take you off their list.  I just blocked the number.

Said they were from United Healthcare, called me by my first name and said that United Healthcare had a nice gift for me and asked me to call back.  I think it is a scam.  This is not the number on the back of my United Healthcare Card.

Received the same kind of call from the same number today.  Claimed to be from United Health
care.  We did not respond.

This number called 412-315-0811. left message was hard to understand wanting me to call them back at 1-855-270-6584..sure its not a good thing..

I've been called twice, the first time I couldn't understand the poor quality recorded voice.....I did nothing.  They called again, said to call 1-855-270-6584.  In this day and age I don't trust anyone.  If my insurance people want to say something to me they can write me an official letter.  Also, when someone dangles a "free gift" then you know something is up.

My advice to you, (land line) keep your phone recorder on at all times and don't pick up until you know who's calling.  I also turn off the ringer, sales people call me all day long, I never run to the phone....I can hear them, if I want to go to the phone I will....sales people just hang up.

Gift in the German Language means POISON !!!!

We got a voice mail message from a PA number:412-315-0811 with same message -- had important message and free gift, although they said they were from Care Improvement Plus, which is our health insurance company.

Voicemail said it was UHC and had a free gift.  Glad I checked this site to find out it was a scam.

12:25 o'clock,on 4/13,

got a call from someone claming to be from united health care, wanting to give me a free gift. I thought
that  was very strange. the call came from Pittsburgh,pa.   412-315-0811.i was mowing, my wife answered
the phone, said they wanted me to call them back at  855-270-6584. i'm glad I checked with you first. just
as I thought another crook on the loose. it was a recording, not a person.

Mid-day call claiming to be United Health Care and requesting a call back to receive a nice gift that I'd really Like. Well, that didn't sound like a normal  UHC call - not like I'd ever received.  This site has confirmed my suspicion ... and that is that!

Another number called the house (412-315-0811); left a message saying that they were looking for a family member for a "free gift" and said to call this number: 855-270-6584

It was an automated message too. Claimed to be from UnitedHealthCare. Most likely a scam. Be careful and don't give any information.
