Don't be nervous..do not call them..they are a debt collector using scam tactics....I recevd a similar call today and googled, call the phone company and found nothing on what they left me..told me to call 855-414-8850 and 855-483-1858--boh unlisted tool free numbers..basically untraceable..they must have alot of numbers look up "all Stat Litigation" on Google and you will see similar stories...pleas do not call them back

Hi I received a call from a woman telling me that she was going to serve me papers at my job i need an id and a witness there. i called the # spoke with a man named Roger. He informed me i owed money from a bill. he said that I could money gram it and then call him. he said he would stop court proceedings? How would he have personal info.without being an atty office and they also had a docket #..I dont know what to do now?

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from a Steve Lucas saying that he has papers for me to sign as well. When I call him back on the phone number that showed up on my caller i.d  he never answers...it rings a few times...then about  20 seconds of silence...then it rings busy! WTF? He was very rude and made me feel threatened.  Turns out it's a debt collection company named AAG!  He informed me that he would be going to go to my place of employment and to my home,well-I'm not working right now...I'm disabled and I have been home for the last 2 days and he has not showed up. He has also said that he has very important papers for my daughter,ex-husband,and sister!?? These people are bullies and try to scare people! I informed them that if he shows up @ my home he will be assaulted. Last I heared it is illegal for debtors to harass you @ your job or home!

Same here. A man keeps calling me every day saying he has papers for me and several family members to sign and that we must have a current identification to show him. When we try to call him back his number keeps ringing busy. The Attorney Generals office told me if he comes to my employer or to my residence to call the police on him! They said it may be a scam!!!!

I have received the same phones calls from Karen Bancroft from 855-272-1419 informing me that she needs to drop off some papers at my home and work- these calls have been happening at least twice a day since 1/20/2012.  I normally would not call back collectors however I did not want them to show up at my work.  I called the number and gave my name and case number then was transfer to 3 different people before speaking with Mr. Brady who informed me that they have no employee named Karen Bancroft and they don't know why someone is giving out their phone number.  He also wanted me to verify information but I refused.  He did informed me that name of the company is Regos Alliance  at 210 John Glenn Road Amherst, NY 14226.  I informed him that if anyone shows up at my home or work that I will be contacting the police and he then said why don't we mail you the information on why we are calling you.  I will be sending out a cease letter and asking why they are calling me.

Recieved a call from a David Lucas stating he had some important documents to delivery to me that required a signature. After, I asked for his name, the name of his company (PTS Delivery) and the name of his supervisor he never showed up.

This number called my sister and told her that they needed to know where I was because they had papers to serve me that I needed to sign. They told me blah blah blah court this county this blah blah blah. Needless to say they been saying they are coming here for well over a month now... I told the man on the phone who was the "deliverer" please do not come on my land , I have a sign that says "Beware Security Dogs!" I told him if he comes on my property and knocks on my door , I will give him exactly 2 seconds to get off my porch and back in his car before I release both of my bulldogs...lol

I just got a message on both my cell and office phones from a Karen Bancroft who represented herself as a local courier who was going to be in my area tomorrow 1/18/12.  She said that she had papers to deliver to me for signature and that I needed to be prepared with photo ID and a witness.  She said that unless she receives a stop action notice from her client that she would be showing up at both my home and my office looking for me, gave me this number to call and a case number to reference.  Good freaking luck getting to me at work lady, first off it is over an hour drive from my house and the property where my office is located is locked down like Fort Knox, she isn't getting in unless she is on a list of appointments.  I doubt security will even call me unless she is on said list, obviously I won't be home. I am almost certain that this has something to do with some shenanigans my ex husband pulled a few years ago with a payday lender.  It isn't on my credit report and these people can kiss off.  I have been disputing the validity of these debts since my divorce over a year ago when I started receiving these calls.  My divorce attorney can't do anything about it since it isn't on my credit report and no one has been able to provide proof that I or anyone else even took out these payday loans out.  I was told I could sue my ex should I ever be taken to court or anything shows up on my credit report from these companies, but to be honest it wouldn't get me very far since he is one broke sob and I don't think having a judgement against him would screw his credit anymore than it already is.  I usually get these calls about once every few months and then they stop after threatening a wage garnishment which I point out they can't do, when they call my office I tell them they are in violation as they have been warned multiple times not to contact me at work.  The problem is that these companies change their name and address every few months and they never willingly give a mailing address.  They always want me to fax something.  Yeah I don't think so, so you can send nasty letters to me via the shared fax machine at my work? Next.  A lot of times I mess with them, I pretend to not speak English, tell them that I am a relative and the person they are calling for is incarcerated for trafficking genetically engineered fruit bats, the more rediculous the better.  It's all a game, these people think they are going to scare me into paying money that I never applied for, received, or signed for...think again.

I called back, and when I asked who Diane was, the man I talked to had no idea. I am in the Houston area, if Diana is going to serve you with papers, and me, I hope at least you are in the Houston area.

I am receiving the same phone calls every day saying that they are on their way to my residence or place of employment to "serve me papers" and be prepared to show photo ID.  It is just your typical debt collector trying to use scare tactics to get you to call back.  Nobody is ever going to show up.  Don't be fooled...

I called them after they called me at work threatening to serve me with "papers." When I called they had me talk to some flunky girl who got all flustered when I got upset with this nonsense. I asked if they're "serving me" with "papers," just what are these papers? Have they filed a lawsuit? She said yes. In what court? She said the name of my county. I asked her what is the number of the court and what's the court date. She gave my call to someone else who acted like a supervisor and told me how rude I am. She said they gave my case to another agency and it's out of her hands. She said she's not anywhere near me and that she's in Asbury, New York? Astoria, New York? Something like that. She sure didn't sound like she was from New York. I said she wouldn't be serving me with papers because I work at a highly secure office where nobody visits without getting past federal officers. She said they would not be serving me with court papers but with papers stating their "intent" to go to court. She said they're the "pre-legal" department. Hilarious! This turned out to all be about a debt from years ago. I recently signed up for a credit reporting service and that's how they got my number.

got a call from a Diana West saying she would be showing up to the address on files so i could sign some papers I should know about. She was supposed to show up three weeks ago...still waiting.
