This number previously phoned over a month ago.  The Caller ID read:  800 Service.
I did not pick up and no message was left.

received a few different calls from them, each time a different person with an Indian accent.  All claimed to be from a energy company that can lower my bills.  All used a different company name.  They are clearly looking to scam people. I called them out on it and they have not called back....yet. Please do not be fooled by them!!

They always call me and never leave a message. I am going to pull my credit report and see if I owe anybody money. I don't like any collection calls. Especially bogus collection calls.

I get calls from telemarketers, credit scammers and all of the usual robodialers daily. I'm one of the thousands, if not millions, of people who registered their numbers on the do not call list. By doing this, it seems to have increased the volume of calls I receive daily (2-3). I received a call from this number immediately before receiving a call from (917)699-2548.

Received a call from this number today.  Caller ID showed 800 Service.  I could barely understand the woman who wanted to discuss something or other about my Con Edison bill.  I told her to mail me the information and then immediately hung up.

Keep getting calls at least three to frour times a week from 855-2723510. The caller id says international. They keep on speaking with a very thick accent. I just hang up.

It would seem over time that they're a call center hawking varied products. In my case it's electricity from an alternate supplier. The caller represented a regional company, but was obviously calling from a foreign country.

Don't waste your time with "do not call" as these call originate in another continent.

Getting calls everyday at least 3X per day.  Started to talk told them not interested foreign speaking and then I hung up.  Now they call each day several times and when I answer they hang up.  I thnk they are waitig for someone else to answe  the phone in my home.  Suggestion to anyone getting this call number don't answer its nothing but BS and someone trying to rip you off.

Another call from Public Power:  681-729-8481 - Davy, WV.  The caller again spoke in heavily accented English, and hung up when I said that I had already spoken to a company representative who had indicated that I would be placed on their Do Not Call list.  Very rude telemarketers, and unfamiliar with the basics of polite behavior that would encourage a sale, not alienate a potential customer.

After a quick google, "Palnco" is probably "Palmco."  Bit of language barrier, I guess, as it took me several attempts to spell Rick Rosen's name to Armando.

A guy keeps calling from this number, sounds indian, and goes by the name Rick Rosen (I think).  He is calling about our Duke Energy (gas & electric) bill trying to save us money...probably through a 3rd party supplier.  I personally have not taken his call, but my wife and son (13 years old) have picked up the phone when he has called and he has cussed out both of them, calling my wife a b***h and dropping the F-bomb to both my wife and son.  He calls every couple days, and for the first time I picked up the phone today to listen to him.  When told "no thanks," he called back 2 more times immediately one call after the other.  Sometimes he doesn't even talk though he is clearly on the other end of the phone.

I called the number, sat on-hold for several minutes, and while on hold, another call came through...FROM THE SAME NUMBER!  So I took the call and it was "Jose" trying to save me money on my energy bill.  I asked to speak to his supervisor, Armando.  I talked to Armando, told him about the situation, which he apologized and said he would take our number off the list.  As much as I'd like to believe him, I'm not sure if that will happen.  Several times I had to tell him to stop talking (interrupting) and let me ask him the questions.  He said he would also see to it that the person that cussed at my wife and son would lose his job...assuming the name he gave was legit.  The name of the company trying to save me money on my energy bill was Palnco (never heard of them)...I had to ask him to spell it for me so I had it right, and I'm still not sure I got it right.  As genuine as Armando tried to be, he sounded hurried (perhaps a bit impatient), and maybe not so interested in my call.

855-272-3510 (Toll-free) is Public Power, LLC.  They are trying to solicit your electricity/natural gas business.  The callers speak in heavily accented English, and were difficult for me to hear and understand.  The offer was to reduce my cost per kilowatt hour, and they offered restaurant discount cards for $50 and $100 as incentives.  They were unaware of the agreement between the City of Cincinnati and First Energy, which offers 23% off Duke Energy's price to compare (6.07 cents per KWH), which is 4.67 cents per KWH.  I have yet to speak with an electricity provider who can beat that price.

Claim to be PSE&G want info off my bill

I have received repeated calls from this number in the past two weeks.  They claim to be calling from PSE&G (NJ gas and electric company) wanting to let me know about some new rate or program they have.  The reason has varied with each call.  I think it's up to 6 times they have called in the last two weeks.  Mostly Middle Eastern sounding.  I have asked that they take me off their call list, but that hasn't seemed to work. One of the callers became quite argumentative.  No longer taking their calls, and hoping that they give up.

Im sick of themn calling me about 20 times a day! i told them to take offf my number but they keep calling please make it stop!!!!!!

My husband recently started getting harassing phone calls from these people everdYay. They are very foreign sounding and are claiming we owe $100 from Retro Fitness. They claim they have been sending us bills but they have our wrong address. Asked them to send a bill to the correct address and they refused stating we must give them a credit card over the phone. They are very nasty and began cursing at my husband. What I don't understand is why they won't just send a bill if we owe this. Called the gym and they had no information. I have filed a complaint with the FTC

Finally a person on the end of the line from this # & guess what? They are from India & can't speak English clearly. I hung up. If you can't speak to me, here in the U.S. in clear English, forget it! I'm not talking to you.

HI, I've also been called repeatedly by this number. The first time I did pick up and they said they needed to collect a 3 year old debt of $60 that I owed from the Workout Club (a local gym). They said if I didn't give them my credit card over the phone that they would send me to collection. I asked them to send me documentation in the mail and I'd be happy to pay but they refused and said they could not update my address for me to send me anything. I got very annoyed with these people who barely spoke English until one of them hung up on me. What I don't understand is why if they had my phone number, they (or the Workout Club) waited 3 years to call. I think it's a total scam, so I hope no one else gives out credit card info. to these people.

this a collection company in NJ  collection on gym past due bill

I get calls from this number daily. I don't answer but they leave messages.

1. They claim themselves in the voice mails they leave as debt collectors. (voicemail: robotic speaker leaving a message)
2.They claim that they are finance institutes returning a call I had about refinancing interest rates on mortgages, etc. and that I don't have (I don't have any). (voicemail:A female speaker at times with load noise in the back like they are at a house or watching t.v.)
3. They claim to be goverment officials offering packages of info for land, business, etc.. (voicemail: female speaker)
4.They even claimed to be holding a survey/poll about Obama's presidency. (voicemail: varies from robotic to female speaker)

It's a total scam. Bunch of losers can't even get a real job and earn their own money, instead they try to cheat people.

This same number keeps calling me and never leaves a message, what gives?

This number has been calling my phone multiple times today. They do not leave messages.

They call me at least twice a day; even on weekends. Just started about 2 weeks ago- driving me crazy. Never leaves a message. I looked up other posts on sites- the number might be from First Credit Services in NJ- a total credit scam.

I was called constanlty from this number but no message was left. It's very annoying.

I got a call from this number. I called by the phone service I used said the call was not allowed with this cellular company.

I keep getting calls from foreign sounding people allegedly for New Jersey, but I have never seen a phone number like that in the USA. I accused them as being from Pakistan.
