Hi there I'm so sorry I have not received my money back no and probably wont. I haven't called since last week when racheal put me through to Tonya and she didn't like what I had to say. I filed a report with the fraud dept in Canada and also will be filing with the FBI. I hope it works out for you
Tracy 2014-05-27 16:45:05 Unknown
Me as well. Did you get your money back? I am praying we can! :-(
Tracy 2014-05-27 15:40:49 Unknown
They were very caring and kind people who suckered me in at a lower point as I am on maternity leave. We borrowed money to cover the insurance aspect of the loan, sacrificed mortgage and vehicle payments, as well as bills, to be told that we would be receiving our deposit that never happened. Of course now, the phone lines are not working.....sick to my stomach....not sure how to get out of this mess...

this sucks it seemed so legit and now you cant get ahold of them only get their voicemail. Took the documents to a lawyer and it is valid and they have to honor it or give me my money back
CWG40 2014-05-22 09:14:21 Unknown
Whatever money you paid them is probably lost. I would make complaints to law enforcement authorities in your area. This is really a form of theft.

I'm in Canada how do I get my money back, I'm so scared right now I will lose my house
Tamianth 2014-05-22 07:40:55 Unknown
Advance fee loans are illegal period. Please read my post above and file complaints with the proper authority's as listed. I highly doubt you will get any money back period. This is a scam.

Hi all I did pay them and I have been talking to Rachel Elliottt. Is this a scam? I have been told the money will be in my account today and it's still not here. What do I do? I don't have money like this to throw around and it was suppose to cover my mortgage, they told me I could get my money back in 15 days if I don't go through with it. Has anyone actually received money from them?

Sorry I posted twice by mistake. AMC stands for 'Advanced Monetary Collateral'. I haven't given them any money and please if you read this post DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO RECEIVE A LOAN. Type in the phone number in google and you will find lots of info about scams and how these people are working from many websites, addresses and phone numbers. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

Lambert, will contact you with further details. Please feel free to
contact your assigned loan representative, Ms. Lambert toll-free at

EST. Thank you for choosing Unisource Financial Investments.
Legal Department.
This email was sent to undisclosed recipicents so it went out to several people at once including myself.
Talked to Ms. Lambert and she said I'm approved for an $8000.00 loan if I pay an 'AMC', meaning Advanced 'something' Collateral'. I didn't even want to borrow $8000.00 but she said that is the least amount they loan. I could borrow $10000.00 if I wanted......?????? Sorry can't find the paper I wrote it on. I wanted to use my car as collateral but she said no because they would hold the car but AMC would go towards my first 4 payments. Doesn't make any sense to me at all. Then I found this website. She called me again today to make sure I am paying my money by Friday. I said yes so she will send me the loan agreement and then I will be reporting this company to authorities.
Never, ever pay money to receive a loan!!!!!!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!

Did you conduct this loan application by email / websites, etc?
Did you send them money via Green Dot card or online money transfer?
Unisource investments Ltd. was a Hong Kong company.
They were deregistered in 2005
I am afraid the outlook is not good.

Can anyone tell me if they know this company? I thought it was a loan application company and was supposed to receive my loan today. They said it was going to be deposited right to my bank. Nothing is in my bank they have my id and banking info. I don't know what to do
