Received unwanted call. I did not answer and they left no message.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Dodge, and started getting calls from this number not even a week later. I have a signed privacy statement from the dealership that my info would not be given out to anyone but Dodge, my finanicing is thru them. Going to go to the dealership and speak to the Sales Manager and inquire as to how my info got to these people. Number will not leave a message and calls at various times night and day.

i have the same problem until i decided to call THEM back non-stop each day about 20 or 30 times and i just hang up or let them stay on the phone without saying anything. I think if you give them a taste of their own medicine they will stop. if you hog up their phone lines and staff they will get the hint.

this person harasses people non-stop.

Started getting calls from this number after looking at vehicles online.

Keep getting these calls shortly after I asked for information about a Dodge truck.

Calls daily from (855) 275-7180 but nothing on the other end when I answer, and nobody answers if you call the number. This is blatantly illegal. I'd like to know how to stop it.

Thank you for the information. However, "it's the price we have to pay" is not exactly correct. I use "GoDuckDuck.com" to browse and deleted my FB account.

I read that this is a call where whoever answers has to pay the bill. This isn't okay

I asked for a quote online from Ford.    I have gotten several calls which are now blocked.  

Unknown caller-calls all times of day or night-only lets phone ring 2 or 3 times. This is to a cell number.

Some idiot named Larry keeps using my cell phone number - and I get random calls for him CONSTANTLY.  Just got TWO calls from Auto Dealerships, so apparently Larry is at it again.

Intrusive, stupid telemarketer!  Inquire about a car and get slammed with calls.  Blocked now!

left no message keeps calling my home no one there when phone is answered.

Started looking for used cars 5/9/2014.  Began getting calls 5/12/2014, two so far.  Visited Subaru, Nissan, and Land Rover dealerships in Little Rock, AR so I don't know which one is the culprit.  I left my cell number with all of them - obviously a mistake to do so.  Have not answered any and they do not leave messages.  

Left no message but after visiting 800notes and reading up on this number I called them back. Had a brief hold and then spoke with a very pleasant lady who asked if I had requested info on a car via the internet & had the dealership contacted me. I let her know that I had & yes they had but I bought from another dealership. She asked just a few standard followups and then told me she would mark me as no longer in the market & that I wouldn't get any more calls. I was pleasantly surprised, I figured it would be a fight if I actually got to speak with a person.

How about we all block this number on our phone. That's what I'm doing.  

This number has called the last 2 days when I answer they hang up.

Just out of curiosity I looked up a car finder site for prices of new ford cars. Sent me to my local dealer, who my hubby and I do dealer trades for. After closing site I received an e-mail from the salesman we deal with. I e-mailed back and told him I wasn't really looking for a car, but if he had any dealer trades or straight buys for me, to call my cell, then left my number. I just received my first call, 2 days later, no one there. I will have to go see my "man " in person and have me taken off list, if I get more calls.

this is definitely connected to car sales. Maybe Ford/Lincoln. They never leave message but I have left my cell number for dealerships to call me and after seeing some of the previous comments from others it makes sense. No need to call these people back

I am getting several calls a day from this number. Reading the comments it's apparently a car dealer, but I've not given my number to a car dealer, nor have I visited one since 2001. Very odd, and very ignored, lol.

855-275_7180 It belongs to call centers all over the US. If you went online for quotes, car rentals. Test drive or even service they will make at least 8 attempts to reach you. If you do call back let them know the number right away so they can vetify what your name is or the number you want on the Do not call list. They will have to remove it.

855-275-7180 is a number that calls back if you are looking for any make of car.  Not sure where they are out of but told me they we representing a dealer in Rushville NE.  So i figured they are just a tele-marketing company that call back on anybody who looked on line for a car.  I looked under black book last night and got the call this morning.  I told them to take me of their list I hope this works.

I'm not looking for a car.  I don't give out my cell number.  I get multiple calls a day.  Since it's a number I don't know, I decline it.  It is still extremely annoying.  Isn't this illegal?
