And what about those of us you are calling "losers" who have NEVER taken out a loan? We are receiving these calls. We have no debts what-so-ever! We owe nothing to anyone. Never have, never will, yet these morons keep calling.
It's not worth the time to get upset any more so I decided to have fun with these creeps. I hand the phone to my 18 month old toddler now. He loves saying "hewo" over and over again. It's hysterical how he messes with their mind with his toddler babble!

I think ADS & associates refers more to their condition than a name.
| jay 2012-11-07 19:17:29 Unknown |
Until it's validated in writing, it's not a debt.

Way to Go, Mary H ! And thanks for the fax number.

ADS & Associates has people calling from random numbers asking for a relative of mine.
The numbers from which they've called are: 470-208-2368, 678-804-4553, 404-478-2736. 762-218-2860, 229-518-3574, etc.
Very annoying.

Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them. So what's the story?
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:
is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.
If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.
Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

I had been getting calls from International Asset Group for a while. I have 7 different phone numbers that they call from. On 09/10/12 none of the number worked (I know this because I have been calling all the numbers on a regular basis just to drive them insane). Now all of a sudden all the numbers work but instead of the company being called International Asset Group it is now ADS and Associates. WTF!!! They really crack me up! I'm not sure what makes them think they will get a penny from me. I wonder how many more times they will change their name. At least be smart about it and change the phone numbers too!!! DUMMIES!!!!!

888-523-5281 XT 314 Got a call from Kaitlyn Smith (Miss Oklahoma 2011) ....snicker....working for The Law Office of ADS and Associates. Apperantly a "docket" has been filed with Maricopa County "with" fraud charges against me. Glad I haven't lived in Maricopa County for over a year. The good news is I got my case number, whoa, close call there. These people have been doing this to me for years. I was surprised the caller sounded white and not some dirty Indian named Steve. What made me irrate this time is that they contacted my parents and harrassed them. I hope someone poops in her front yard. ta ta

This company called my cell phone and a "Mr. Jones" left me a message stating something about a sheriffs office, a defendant and that I needed a statement and that I was to call back to get details. Well apparently "Mr. Jones" is conveniently out of the office for the better half of the day and no one at this place can give me ANY information. I've called numerous times and gotten names of ADS & Associates, Access Standard Services and Access Data Services.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! WHAT RESPECTIBLE "LAWYER" CALLS AND DOESN'T LEAVE A CASE NUMBER OR ANY INFORMATION OR DOESN'T EVEN TAKE YOUR CALL?

Called requesting a verification of employment. They have the employee's social security number. Per our company's policy all requests need to be signed by the employee. This Access Data Services Inc. faxed over the request and asked that if our company requires the employee's signature to have him sign the form... Have they lost their damn mind, is called a request because the parties involved had approved this beforehand. Is the requestor's obligation to get all the required forms and signatures beforehand. No Signatures, No Information !
Their fax number is 716-836-0629.

I got a message to return a call to 855-286-0309 X304 regarding case #114198. The woman was obviously of low intelligence and has no grasp of proper grammar as evidenced by the message she left: "Hello, this message is intended to leave for Debra . . ." and "This is (no name) the Law Offices of AD Services notifying you of pending litigation against you by Jill Hofflemeyer. You will need to refer to this case #114198 so we can determine any liabilities pertaining to you as we are about to bring the case to Kent County Court.

Great advice posted by an attorney on:
http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-718-732-0174
"IF they do not provide you with the verification of the debt, the debt is invalid and not subject to collection. PAY NOTHING TO ANYBODY UNLESS THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT, AND ONLY THEN IF YOU FEEL THE DEBT IS VALID - otherwise, let them sue you for the debt, as a real law firm will only bring a legal action on a truly valid debt".

you most definately can get a garnishment for a pay day loan. check around it happens everyday. Except North carolina because we all know people in north carolina don't pay there bills and their government reinforces that.

Hilarious!! Every minute you crooks spend spewing lies on this site and showing us all what kind of criminal operation you are really running, is one less minute you're on the phone trying to extort money from innocent victims.
I guess this website is working a lot better than your scam is!
