I received the same. However, I have a text message I now send to these types of callers: "This message is a formal, legally binding CEASE & DESIST order under {your}  State and US Federal Consumer Law. ANY further attempts to contact me OTHER THAN IN WRITTEN FORM THRU THE US POSTAL SERVICE will result in complaints being filed against you with the {your state} Attorney General and the FTC." The 2nd time they contact me, I go online and FILE THE COMPLAINTS! I have done it several times and it works!

I received a voice mail from an blocked phone number claiming that I was going to be served with legal documents for a pending litigation. The message said to call this number. There was no mention of a specific company or reason for the litigation, only a "file number" for reference. I believe this to be attempted fraud.
