I also keep getting calls. Rarely is anyone there, but this is interesting: Area Code 855 Detail
Area code 855 is a future area code reserved for toll-free calls in which the calling party is not charged. Instead, the telephone carrier charges the cost of the call to the called party. Toll-free numbers, such as 855 numbers, have applications such as technical support, customer service, and personal use.

Same with me. It was Direct TV. Called them and requested my phone number be removed from their calling list. If it happens again I will contact the FCC and file a coplaint like I did with MCI. Can you beleive MCI called me back to apologize. I filed another complaint and this time the apology was in writing. Don't give up. Hopes this helps you.

No one was there when I answered. Called back and got Directv trying to sell NFL package despite my demanding no soliciting call from them. Now blocked!

THIS TOLL FREE #855-291-0394: KEEPS CALLING AND IF I PICK UP PHONE AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING IT NEVER SAYS ANYTHING.
