I love this stuff.  I love that you can put a phone number into Google and all of this information comes up!  My car is 6 years old, warranty is done long time ago.  Mailer is bunk.  You guys are great!

Got the same "call immediately" note in the mail.  When I opened it, it said "your factory warranty has expired blah blah blah"  I called them saying "you don't show how much will it cost if I want to get it."   The guy wanted my car VIN # and milage before he could give me any quotes.  He also said that before they could quote the price I have to say "Yes I want it" or I do decline.
========== IDIOT!  ================ i SAID -- "How could I agree to purchase something when I have no idea on how much it would cost me???"   --- He said -- "Well, run and find the VIN # and mileage and I'll wait here and then tell you how much will it cost you..."   ----  I said (I went...)  -- "click!  and hung up.

By the way their envelope does not have name of company - so who are these guys???  huh???

I don't know if Guardian will honor my request, but I googled Guardian and found http://www.agwsinc.com. I called the number at the website, 800-579-2233, and gave them my ID number at the top left of the mailer. Politely told them I didn't wish to receive the mailers and to please remove me from their databases. They also asked for the name on the mailer, which I gave them. When they asked for my phone number, I declined saying I was moving anyway and it was no good. She thanked me and we ended the conversation.

We shall see. For good measure, I added the phone number on the flyer and the phone number on the website to my dear little CPR Callblocker.

Some company named "Guardian" (no data on these guys with only that as the company name, likely they're trying to hide by providing as little as possible). They sent "official" marketing mail on auto extended  warranty. Scam and anyone knows how to report this company and their tactics to the FTC or the right authority?

I got an official mailer as you said with the same type of instructions so I'm immediately went online and got your note. Thanks a lot as the letter is not going into the oval filing basket by my desk and then into the trash.

My 2008 Dodge Dakota "factory warranty" is expiring. Have never owned a Dodge. When I called 1-855-297-4282 the man on the line "asked why I was calling if I don't know a dodge" HUM HELLO my name is on the mailer. Then he explained it was an error. Did I mention it was mailed to my parents house whom I have not lived with in over 20 years. Go figure. #SPAM

Not a call, but mailer with phone number 1-855-297-4282 on it stating my warranty was expired and I needed to call this number to extend warranty.  No company identification anywhere nor what cost would be.  Small print at bottom states GUARDIAN is vendor for third party service contracts.  This appears to be bogus/suspect mailing since I have a contract with dealer.

No phone call but mailer with the phone number on the outside of the envelope. No address though. Looking for an address so I can "Return to Sender:" Would appreciate it if anyone has the address for "Guardian".

Got a bonus mailer about activating discounted car warranty by a specific due date - then got another mailer from #800-215-4836 for different warranty discount offer by a different due date.  This seems bogus.

A mailing says "PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY" to this number to "activate this discounted coverage on your vehicle."  In short, it's trying to sell insurance.
