What company is this they only give initials and then threaten to sever me with papers to apear in cort I called back but no answer

yes, they call my Mom on Monday. The phone call had so much static in it but I could decyfer somewhat what was being said. Name of caller Monica Jordan; said she was calling on behalf of my sister; said it was a matter re illegal theft charge and provided a docket # and this 855-298-3422 number. Said my Mom would be served 24 hrs from the time of the call. My Mom is not troubled by the law or creditors. I thought the call was weird because other calls she received later by recording were clear/concise.

I'm not sure if their for real or not. They called & threatened to serve me papers & could possibly serve jail time. I haven't done anything wrong so I don't know. Maybe their a scam???

They called & left message saying this is ACS & calling about record # and I hope she(meaning me) realizes that she's been charged with check fraud & will be summoned to go to court. Is this a scam?!?
