Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework. Definitely NOT a law firm! The review from Stefani portrays classic bottom feeding debt collectors just scaring people into giving up their cash.

If they call you, ask them to send their demand in writing along with a copy of the agreement with your signature on it. I BET THEY WON'T because they bought an outdated debt for 25 cents and now want a windfall - don't send them a dime or give a deposit over the phone.

INSIST EVERYTHING BE IN WRITING - because a real lawyer would have absolutely no problem in doing so. And just another point here: every attorney knows they cannot be rude to you, one complaint to their State Bar will cause them too much trouble.

If anyone tries to be rude or pushy (even threatening) then they are a nobody and you should just hang up.

This number keeps calling me looking for Colter Vencil and I have not talked to this person in 6 years. He moved to Florida and haven't talked to him since. I can not find him for them and can not talk to him for them. And I want these people to stop calling me!
