Got a 2nd call...claiming to be Aetna as well.....too bad for them as I haven't been to the doctor lately....I'm not calling them back....dirtbags.

My comapny also received a bill for $549.99.  Same thing happened to me - no answer for a long time - then someone answered and sounded very sketchy!  Didn't want to answer many questions - rushed me off the phone!  Glad I Googled it and found this site.  Faxed it to the real NewAd Media in San Diego as they are suing for fraud!  Go get em!

Our company got 'the bill' about a weok ago as well. In Michigan. I did get a 'rep' and kept pressing them to explain what it was I was being builded for. They explained that it was from April 2010 thru April 2011 and it was for Business to Business advertising getting our Business name (a funeral home) out on the web.  So I asked how that worked, if I googled our name it would bring their Ad Media work up?  She said yes, but I couldn't do that now, because it was already expired.  Hmmm. still April here.
I asked them to tell me who authorized the services over the phone back in April 2010, they did enough homework to provide the owners name.  

Scam. Scam, Scam.  I asked them to close the account and they said they would but only after we paid for services past and that they would continue to call for payment and keep billing until paid.

I told them that we would investigate and get back to them.  That cut things short.  We do not intend to pay especially since we did not approve, and they have no proof of services rendered even if they are legitimate in the most minimal way. Doubtful....

I posted before here. We are the real owners of NewAd Media in San Diego. These crooks are not going to last much longer. I have been in direct contact with the Indianapolis Police Dept Financial Fraud Unit, Jacqueline Cheh, 317-327-3650. They are currently investigating this company. Also, the US Postal service is involved because they are also committing mail fraud. If you got one of these invoices I would appreciate your help. Please FAX it to me at 888-576-2322, along with the original envelop it came in, and the one they sent you to return your payment if you still have it. It would also be helpful if you called Jacqueline to let her know you have also been targeted by these crooks. Call me anytime to discuss my progress. I'm going to sue them for damages to our NewAd Media brand, and intend to make sure they get prosecuted to the full extent of the law...

It's made it's way to Texas too. I called this morning and got someone to answer.  Some bogus pitch that they do search engine links with Bing, Yahoo, and Google.  My bill states "virtual gold package".  Anyway, I told we would not be paying for something that they can't not provide proof we ordered or where the services can be found online.  Crooks!

Similar story here.  Got the invoice, phone call, etc.  They claim it had been ordered over the phone.  Not true.  They've been reported to our local Better Business Bureau...please do same.

We are the real owners of NewAd Media, we are located in San Diego, CA. Many people have found us on the web and called about these invoices. We also have called the building to try and find these jerks. I also got the phone number of the property manager at Duke Realty, Cynthia Box is the property manager. Their number is 317-808-6000. I left her a voice mail today and plan to keep calling her until I hear back. This has to stop. My phone rings at least once an hour from companies that have got his bill. If I were in Indianapolis I would camp out over there until they picked up their mail. If you did get one of these invoices please also call both numbers with a complaint. And what difference does that make?  "Cassandra" at ext 571 left a message on my phone stating that she contacted the "sales department" and just to disregard the bill, that they "accidentally" sent it out.  Funny because I've never done any sort of business with them, so how could they "accidentally" send me a bill?  Doesn't make any sense... they were just hoping I'd pay for it.  CROOKS.  I've already submitted a complaint to the Indiana Attorney General.

We received the same bill today from NewAd Media at 450 E 96th St #500, Indianapolis IN 46240 for $549.99 for a Virtual Gold Package (whatever that is).  It felt like a scam, so after some internet research I came accross this site which seems to confirm that it is.  The sad part is that there will be some businesses that will unknowingly pay this bill.  Contacting the Indiana AG office and BBB will be the best way stop these people from profiting off scamming legitimate businesses.

Just got this bogus bill in the mail for $549.99.  Called and the women said it was for online advertising.  I asked if she could be more specific and she couldn't give me an answer.  Asked if she was scamming people and she said "no"... hung up on them.  These kinds of people piss me off... trying to take money from legitimate working companies.

Same story here!!  Just received the invoice for $549.99, called to find out what was going on, and have received no answer.  I know for a fact that they are not a vendor of ours, and that we have never done business with them.  It's totally bogus!!!  Someone should nail them where it hurts.

Same Story - Got the invoice, I called and left a message.  I was contacted back by Cassandra at ext. 571.  She said it was an ad that ran in the National Business Guide from March 2010-March 2011.  She said it was a verbal agreement between a sales rep and our CEO.  I thought it was bogus because he wouldn't do that, but I did my due diligence and asked the CEO.  Confirmed it was bogus and our marketing researcher found this site.  Surprise, surprise, Cassandra didn't answer when I called back.  Would love to shut these people down.  I too will contact Indiana AG and BBB.

JUST GOT A BILL FOR 549.99 AT THE BUSINESS WHERE I WORK. I CALLED & TOLD THEM THAT WE DONT HAVE AN ONLINE LISTING, SHE SAYS IT WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE. I TOLD HER TO CANCEL IT & SHE SAYS SHE CANT CAUSE ITS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED. MY BOSS WILL CALL & DEAL WITH IT, BUT I THINK ITS GONNA BE A LONG DAY.

My company also received this "bill". Never heard of the company, nor do they even have a websit..But wait it gets better! We faxed and called the company several times the same day we received the bill and we never got an answer! Then today the people called back, they do not even have a website! Not only that but we contacted the landlord of the address on the bill, and they have NEVER heard of the company...No one else in the building has heard of this company. When I spoke with the "rep" she was not very friendly, and cut the converstation very short once I told her no we did not sign up for any type of advertisement, she proceeded to tell that we did it over the phone, I told her no, we did not and that she could contact my boss back at a later time if she would like. She said yea, and hung up!!! Now they are not answering their phone again!! It sounds very bogus to me......
