You should take it to a real tech you can see face to face, your going to have to reset al your info, but recommend you have your computer gone through to check for spyware and maleware.

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

Yes you are right. i was having the same problem. They have fixed my problem. they charged me for repairing My RAM which was making my computer very slow. they guys are providing home support also.
