Same thing happened to me. Dude wouldn't identify himself, but kept asking me to confirm my personal information. The feds should shut down these creeps.

Some Indian keeps calling and trying to get personal information from this phone number.

He identifies himself as "Rajesh" yet will not mention (a) his last name or (b) his company or (c) why he is calling.

He's attempting to phish for personal information, most likely as part of an identity theft scam. Report him to the FTC. I've already filed a complaint - number below.
