No one answered when I picked up. Usually don't pick if I don't know the number calling, what a dummy I was. I am on the no call list and I still get bogus calls.

Area code 855 is an area code reserved for toll-free calls in which the calling party is not charged. Instead, the telephone carrier charges the cost of the call to the called party.
I got this call last night and I never answer if I don't recognize the call but I looked this up and found this. Never heard of this before.
