I have been having the same problem with this company.  It all started several years ago.  When I told them that my mother in law is a judge (which she is)...they stopped..Now it just started again.  They called an ex-boyfriends house from over 10 years ago. His sister still has my info and called me last night all worried.  That Mr Lowry is calling me from an 877. Something has to be done about this.

What was the outcome they are doing this to me now

I'm having the same issue with this company there calling my employer calling leaving me messages, also telling me they are going to garnish my check I need help how can I report this??

I received a similar call from a restricted number along with a voicemail from a gentleman by the name of Rich Lowry. He claimed to be the department supervisor for the processing and summons division in my state and stated that the call was regarding two forms of financial fraud that were pending to be filed against me. He stated that if I did not comply and return the call there would be legal proceedings filed against me out of my state. He provided a case number and the following call back number 844-577-4497. The same voicemail was left for several members of my family (even those in other states) and my employer. I called the number back and a gentleman claiming to be from the "legal services unit" in my state asked me to provide my SSN to verify my information. I asked for a local number for the division of the state he was calling from and he could not provide one. I also requested for an address to provide to my attorney and he provided the following (Po Box 308 Hartford, CT 06103). I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB but could not locate the name, address or  telephone number for any such company. I filed a complaint with the consumer finance protection bureau and will be contacting my state attorney's office.

They're a fraudulent company that get people's identity through collection companies and pose as law firms or threaten with serving people at work...if you're gonna get served nobody calls you they just do it...do not give these people any money they're scam artists!!!! And liars just say they have the wrong number when they call.

844 704 5174 is another number that they use. Filed a police report recently. Hopefully they are caught soon.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM A MIKE CARTER @ MY JOB AND ON MY COUSIN CELL PHONE HE TOLD MY JOB I DID CHECK FRAUD AND HE WANTED TO SERVE ME WITH PAPERS AND HE GAVE OUT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIR JOBS BECAUSE OF THESE CALLS AND ITS NOT RIGHT

they called my work place on the day shift.  i got their number from my supervisor when i walked in.  
yet have not received a phone call from them.

WHAT THE ?!!!  Called the number early a.m and they sound official but do not provide the name of
their company.   WHAT THE ?!!!!

have had some threats before and they call my kids and wife to harrass me.  this is possibly the same people as 6 months ago threatening to serve papers to my work place but never did.  

I don't understand. Can someone advise or help.  Thank You.

These people continuously call my place of work stating that they are about to arrest about a legal case against me.  I have spoke to these people who go by names of Mike Carter, Mr. Clark and/or Allen Rogers from the LSU legal service unit????FRAUD! THEY CANNOT VERIFY AND PROVIDE BY MAIL OR EMAIL ANY DOCUMENTATION OF SUCH SUMMONS.

THESE PEOPLE LEFT A VM TODAY SAYING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL ME AND MAIL ME LETTERS REGARDING CHECK FRAUD. 1ST OF ALL THEY NEVER CALLED NOR DID I EVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. 2ND OF ALL, I HAVE NO CHECKS THAT HAVE BOUNCED. HE IS SAYING HIS NAME IS DAVID FISHER OR RAY LEWIS (OKAY BALTIMORE RAVENS???)  THEY SAID THEY WILL COME TO MY JOB OR MY HOME TO SERVE ME PAPERS. FUNNY THING IT WAS A LADY 2 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER CAME TO MY JOB OR HOME. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!
