They are at it again. Got a call today and so did a family member. They said they wanted to serve a summons and gave a case number. Did not say what company just said they would be at my home in an hour with the local law enforcement agency if I did not return the call. I called the number back and it said it was the ACS Company.

Monica Johnson (a process server from the state of "um - NV) advised me that I am being served. BS...who serves you over the phone. Don't fall for this BS. She wasn't sure about the state she was working for. She had "no idea" who the plantiff was. What a crock of crap!

Monique left a message saying some dude named John Webster was being investigated for bad checks and I'm supposed to have John call this # and give a case number. I don't know a John Webster, and this is the second phone call I've received. Nobody in my family knows this guy. I think it's a hoax.
