Went to report it on the DO NOT CALL Reg but it says political organizations are exempt (like bill collectors and surveys. Even though I think some of the surveys are really telemarketers in disguise, I've had one hounding me for months called "ME (Maine) Research" makes out it's an official State of VT (where Ilive) survey about healthcare and innoculations my children have had, etc. My youngest child is 31.) When I see it on the Caller ID now I pick it up and hang it up before it even gets to the message. They keep calling every few days.Keep thinking I should call the VT Attorney General and find out if this is a real survey for the state and if it is, why is there no option to NOT do it? My health and healthcare isn't their business, especially now with the politics and Obamacare, etc.

Recorded message. a reminnder to vote next Tues for (gave the names of 3 local Repubican candidates running for small offices) said they are common sense candidates, with our best interests at hard and cutting taxes and waste in government. Yet, they apparently PAID FOR this company, whatever it is to call people with this recording? Do poiltcal calls fall under the Do Not Call Registry?
