my place of employment keeps getting calls from this number  at least twice a day, they drained my bank account and now they are harassing my boss saying the need to contact me for check fraud.... really?

I received a call from this number from Investigator Harrison. I called back the number but the number was not in use. I don't even write that many checks anymore and most times my checks are not even over a certain amount, not in this day and age of computers. It's a shame that people don't have anything better to do than to harass good everyday working people about nonsense bull crap. Somethings needs to be done about these people.

I received a phone call today around and on the caller ID it stated *** CountyCorr.  I called 411 and the number is not even affiliated with the CountyCorr or anything of that matter.  I called the phone number, also, and there was a loud long sound like when a person dials a fax number incorrectly.  I called the number on the message after they left a very nasty message that I was being served an Affidavit, then left a file number, etc.  I called back and was told something that about Check something and I could not get any other name.  The phone call was not clear.  I was transferred to a man.  He did not tell me his name and said I was being served an Affidavit tomorrow.  He said, "you don't have the papers in front of you."  I said, what papers?  He said that I was being charged criminal charges for having taken out a loan from BMG in August of last year.  I never even took a loan out for BMG and I proceeded to tell him that I was filing for bankruptcy.  He said, "that doesn't matter."  Something about fraud to my bank.  When did I commit fraud to my bank?  Never...  I guess the only thing to do is to report them to the FTC.  This is a very scary collection company.  I am filing for bankruptcy after a horrible year.  I have tried to even obtain another job, but to no avail.  I am now, suddenly, getting phone calls for part-time jobs that I applied for.  The woman that left the message sounded extremely mean.  I did take out a loan back in August of last year, but not for BMG.  

I would say to be very careful in giving out any information.  They need to send verification of whatever debt is owed and they never do.  I don't understand that at all.  Be very careful when taking out loans from pay day loan companies.  I spoke to an attorney and he said they are loan sharks.

This company called my father ( I don't know how they got his number because we do not even live in the same state) and they told him that he needed to call me ASAP because I owe money for a check advance and they have issued a warrant for my arrest. They told my dad that I had until 1:00pm to contact them or they would have me picked up and charged with a felony and I would have to pay $1500.00 in court cost. I don't know who this company is nor do I owe for a check advance. I checked my local warrant registry and my name is not on there with a warrant for my arrest. I am going to call my local sheriff and my attorney general and the attorney general of New York. How dare they try to put fear into people to scam them out of some money. The guy who called supposedly was named Ray Allen and he left a number of 855-320-0364 Ext. 205.

I am a senior citizen, I received a phone call from a man stating that he was looking for my grand daughter.  He stated that if she did not get in touch with him before 12 noon she would be arrested, he also stated that she had four felony charges and that if she did not return his call this matter would be turned over to the local authority of this county. I got in touch with my grand daughter and gave her the message, she stated that when she called the man could not give her any type info. My grand daughter put her husband on the phone who began to tell him that he was a fraud and he called my son-in-law a (bi*ch a**) and hung up.

Got a call to my sister in law and they left a message saying I will be arrested and I have been served. We saved the vm. He said he is a Detective Thompson. He has called my phone 10 times a day for the past two months. He had a report number and when you call the number back it is for check and business services. 855-320-0364 is the number. be warned. they are fake.

A MALE CALLING MY CELL PHONE LIED ABOUT BEING INVESTIGATOR PETERSON WITH BROWARD COUNTY (FL) FRAUD DIVISION.  He gave me a telephone number of his supposed office where he could be reached in about twenty minutes. The area code is not the same as the area code of Broward County, Fl.   I would not answer any of his questions but kept questioning him for his contact information and the name of the company he represented.  He gave me the number 855-320-0364. Before we disconnected he verified his number to see that I had it right, but instead of repeating it his new number ended in 5, not 4.  I called and it may have been a different male voice that answered the phone saying, ?Check Division? but I?m not sure.   This guy?s accent was from upstate NY.  After repeatedly asking for the address and instead of providing it he repeatedly talked louder drowning out my words and finally I said, ?either you give me the address of this office or I'll get you for fraud? he said I must have the wrong number as he had no idea what I was talking about.  I told him I had just been given the number by an unknown caller and he said someone must be playing games.

I got a call saying they are coming to my work and send me to court in 24 hours if I dont return the call because they said I had a fradulent check. His name was Clancy had left me a message saying I need to get back to him today by 2 PM. What should I do Im scared, is that true

I received a call from this number.  Police Investigator Harrison from F.....in County Sheriffs Office left a  message on my answering machine that if I did not call back within 24 hours, a summons would be delivered to me at work or at my home and there would be no choice but to take me to court.  He left a toll free number so "there would be no excuses for me to call him back" and a reference number.  The issue is check fraud!  I don't write checks. This is out of the blue!  I returned the call after hours and left a message.  I cannot imagine what this is about - the voice mail says, "Check & Business Service". The last time I checked impersonating law inforcement is illegal. God only knows what other scams their running?

I got a call from these people to but it was thru my sister he called as officer Jones sayin that I needed to get in touch with there office and i did and they stated that they would get in touch with my local county and have me served an what seemed to be a pay day loan back in 2008 so i am trying to investigate this company now i call alot and it seem to me that every time i call the same man is answering using different aliases one min he is mr allen then he is mr clancey and also mr george and i called to day and an older man answered and this was mr. kurt peterson I just want to no is this a legit company or what please tell me!!!!! I got several names when they first spoke with me personally they said checking buisness services and now they are saying C.C.S and when you call you get a recording after hours that says northwestern agency are u serious!!!!!!!

I received the same call. This is a payday loan scam. I paid back the loan but apparently these shark loan companies sell off to others if they feel you did not pay more than they wanted.

This company is very professional, I get a voicemail from a private caller to call this Number back and they answer the phone and breathe real hard and say "I know where you live, ahhhhh we know where you live" eads me to believe that they are not legit, so to whom the woman was who answers the phone, Nice work.
