received the same call, about the same kind of account, from the same person as Lezette. I asked said person if they are a collection agent or a lawyer and that they are required by federal law to tell me, they hung up. There was no lawsuit filed as they claimed 100% scam and I recommend anyone file complaint at http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/

I got a call from the same number...spoke with someone saying her name was "Lovely". I was the rude one here. They have called one of my family members and now me. They do not give a company name but wants to verify my SS#. When I did not cooperate....I was going to be "served papers". Haven't seen a soul yet....never will.

1-855-366-5141 Called and identified themselves as Florida States Attorney's Office. We were told we had to call back or warrants would be served. When I called back to confirm it was indeed a SA office they would not confirm. I spoke with Jessica and she was one rude B%&^$!!!!! I reported to SA's office and they told me to report to Sheriffs Office. I was told what they did may be immoral, but not illegal.

I just got a call from this number saying they were going to be delivering court documents to me tomorrow. They called on my new number at my new address, asked for me by name and then said they were delivering the papers to my old address. Strange.

I got a call from some processing and serving company about documents being sent out for me. This callback number was left for me to reach the plaintiff.

we get the same message. The group is EPA - they also call my husbands work and harass his HR department pretending to have papers to serve.

This phone number and 909-456-1890 keep calling and saying that there are court documents pending to be filed. We must call immediately. The name I get is Bobby Robert from ETA Group.
