Just adding to my message above. It may be a company called SATCOM that tries to sell services and/or conduct surveys for various vendors, including cable companies. Looking at the internet, there are just too many numbers to block, but I will try.

Got two calls today from the number that did not leave a message. Display says "Satcom". That means it is a call from a satellite communication network. As above, it is probably Time Warner Cable, or someone on its behalf, since cable companies use the Satcom network. Not sure why Time Warner would be trying to call me to install its service, since I already use it for phone, cable and internet. So I went to the Time Warner site and had Time Warner block its own calls to me.

Received call from them at 1:32 pm. today. I let it ring, they left no message. If this is Time Warner, they should not be calling me. They have not owned the cable service here for quiet a few years. Caller ID shows TOLL FREE CALL

This was a call from TWC stating that they were upgrading their cable service in my area. If I wanted to sign up, I would get a box and be able to give the service a complimentary 30 day risk-free trial. After that it would go up to $49.95/mo.

I said I wasn't interested in purchasing a cable package. The salesperson immediately thanked me, gave me a number to call if I decided I wanted more info, and hung up.

Constant calls on my cell. Never pick up, period!

I have been receiving calls from 855-337-4192.  have not answered any of them.  I called the phone company and they have no area code for 855 listed. I have blocked the calls on my phone.  All the phone company can do is block the calls or change my phone number.  I called the FTC and they can't do anything unless I answer the calls.  They just told me that I have a long distance call coming in and that I need to answer it to find out who it is  before they can do anything.  Well, nope.... not going to answer the incoming call.

This was a sales person from Time Warner Cable and he was not listening to me whatsoever.  He was very insistant that TWC could hook me up with cable TV service immidiately by just putting me on their calendar, and what day do I want this to happen at *7$4 W. Whatever Street?  I asked for their customer service number number as I'm at work and couldn't continue this call.  He blew past me like I wasnt' talking.  He gave me the number finally and then continued to try and schedule me for an install while I hung up.  I immediately called the 855 number back and it was answered by Time Warner Cable, but it sounded very unprofessional to me...I think this is a scam number.

Have received 2 call in past week.  Did not answer as unknown number.  No message left.  Internet search says 855 numbers can/are billed to the called party.  Checked with service provider.  Nothing on my bill but who knows if I had answered a call.

Just received a call from the number for the first time today.  My caller ID said 'Satcom.'  Left no message.

Phone rang 6 times then stopped. Did a *69 to identify caller, then searched on Bing - identified as Russian number - search info translated into English and in glancing over the info, it discussed mobile numbers and being able to utilize some sort of program to improve business.

I answered, said hello 3 times, then they hung up.

Didn't answer. Left no message.

Got a call from this number rang about 3 times then they hung up

Received a call, answered and the call immediately hung up.
