Hola Estoy reciviendo acosso de llamadas de este numero...me han amenazado q si no regreso la llamada dentro de 24 horas procederan legalmente...no soy la persona q buscan ...pero tienen mi imformacion y tambien llaman a otros tel .de mi casa..como consiguen nuestros numeros y como obtuvieron nuestra informacion...estoy muy preocupada...yo se que no soy lanpersona q buscan...pero el acosso me tiene muy preocupada....Can sombody help me...!!!

They called my daughter tonight, I already have a complain on this number and the other numbers they use. You need to report them to the CFBA and the FBI  they are trying to get people CC. infor. .  At one time or another  someone use your SSN  other than you,  Check your  credit report. You will find addresses that are not your's and your birthday will be off ,as well as where you live.

I just received a call from this same telephone number also 855-342-2419 SCAMMERS using this bogus tactic

They are using a different number:  they (who ever they are) called from 877 254 0854 (in early Sept) and now this 855 342 2419 they left the same reference number and stated on a 3rd parties phone that there is a legal case against me and  will put lien on my property address (the address they said is an apartment complex so good luck with that). Both said only had 24 hours to call OR ELSE!!!!  You didn't state what company or that it was an attempt to collect a debt.  Tried to find owner of number but so far no luck.

Gave name of Shawn Ellis but didn't give the name of his company stating there is a complaint against my residence stated my address and needed verification of the address he had and the documents are time sensitive. Had run ins with Wells Fargo previously using all these tactics. Anyone have this happen? Or know what company this may be?
