This number is a scam they say they r from fix my PC and they need remote accesses to my computer, I told them to forget it!!! Do not listen to thief lies!!!

Call came in today and left a message on answering machine, A Stacy (? unintelligible),
for GT Services and to call 855-359-8596. Did a look up on Internet and GT Services is a debt collector, of some dubious practices. The call showed up on caller id as 770-574-4135, and since I do not know anyone with that phone number I never answer the calls. Nothing was said about serving papers, but if so, fine will cross that bridge when it arrives. This number has called many times before, but this is the first time they left a message. To bad they can hold their breath before I call.

Calls me every few day & when they do it is atleast 8 calls in a 2 min time frame. They finally leave a message after the last try.  Same messages as above that notice of a claim filed against me & it is in my best interest to call, yet they don't identify themselves.  I'm not calling - caller ID shows "unknown number" so I can't block it or do much else.

I HAVE BEEN ALSO THEY SAY THEY ARE COMEING WITH A COP WHAT A JOAK I CALLED OUR POLICE STATION THEY SAID IT IS A SCAM IF THEY ARE GOING TO SURVE U PAPER THEN THEY DONT COME TO ARREST U LOL

yes I too, last week and one yesterday about an old collection. they call and told me they are going to serve me papers but never come. i have contact each courthouse near me and no one has a record for a claim against me. i would never send money to a place with out a bill that comes in the mail. i wonder what i could do about them calling me.

Ok i am been getting calls at home and work for every hour, and i cant seem to get their names but is telling me that are serving me court document. So who are these people and whats  their address of their location

I am getting the same calls they wont give any info i just hang up on them if they are gona serve with papers oh well then deal with it but they want my ss number and address and when i told them ihave rights give me the amt of whatever they are calling about and they have to do it in the mail this is just some low life debt collector trying to scam people and scare them just hang up on them and tell them dont call u back that u want everthing to come in the mail then they cant keep calling you.

what company and were you served papers? The messages I am left do not say anything but you are noticed of charges and I will be served and I HAVE no clue what this is- I contacted a attorney to look into this

Calling my work and leaving message on VM that "this call is you notice of charges filed against me" and I am being served by a process server at work or home,

I also received a call at WORK that this call is to tellme I have been officially noticed and I have to accept papers from a process server and there is a legal claim against me

I received a call at work from this company stating they needed to serve me papers.  How legit is this company????

I got a call from this number also on voicemail, but it was to verify my address in reference to a claim against a Melinda Rodriguez.  I don't know that person.  The call was confusing.  I did not call back.  Honest collectors are required to do the following - and be sure to check the Better Business Bureau website listed below.

This may be a scam. Legit collectors per section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf *must* tell you at initial contact, or send you paperwork within 5 days of initial contact, the following:
1. $amount of debt,
2. name of the current creditor (which may differ from the original creditor who might have sold your debt),
3. a statement that that debt will be assumed to be valid unless you dispute in writing within 30 days,
4. a statement that that if you do dispute in writing within 30 days, the collector must mail you written verification of the debt,
5. a statement that if you ask the collector in writing within 30 days, the collector must send you the name and address of the original creditor if it's different from the current creditor.
If you don't get the 5 disclosures, orally or in writing (you do not have to ask for it, the FDCPA requires it), treat the collector like you would any SCAMMER. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

I got the same call. Come to find out that the company is located in CA. They hire Process Servers to locate and serve court docs for out standing pay day loans. well now I have my pay check garnished every week. I had forgotton about this pay day loan and now regret not settling with the company. instead of paying the $480. after court the total fines were $1017.00 FML

A person calls several times within 3 minutes on my cell phone.  The phone number is unavailable.  I do answer after the 5th time.  She tells me she is trying to locate me to serve me and gives me the case number.  She gives me (855)359-2337 to call and they are Consolidated Mediation.  I call this number I speak with one guy he tells me I owe money to Outback Bucks.  He gives me a bank account number .  He transfer me to someone else who is willing to take 200 off the 325 and I pay only 125 to close out this account.  Now tell me what is wrong with this picture.  I told him I will have to get back.  In the mean time I have contacted a lawyer friend of mind.  He proposes since I can not find this company on the web, to figure they do not exist.  When I do reverse look up this number is not registered.  I am told any legit business will be on the web just like illegit businesses.  The phone number should come to tell me where these folks are.  I did however file a complaint with the
FTC.  I also filed with FCC, because did you know the government frowns when you use telephones, and other communications to perform illegal acts, such as fraud. I do have the gentle man's name which is Aaron Brooks.
