Yes, they keep calling my cell #.  I called the MO attorney general's office and they said this is a scam being sent out of country.  The call in is showing restricted.  Just a bunch a crooks, I am not calling back.

They called numerous people about a summons for me...when they called they asked if my address was correct and it was if(i didnt tell them) but if they were for real, wouldnt they just serve me and not call around....duh! Just a scare tactic. Ladies name was Connie Wallace...I have msg recorded..Think I may sue for 'Slander'. Errr!

My family members have been receiving calls from this number.  They have contacted my brother, my Uncle, and now my Mother-in-Law.  The man's name/case number is unrecognizeable.  The latest was that I had used my Mother-In-Law as a reference and I was under investigation for Breach of Contract.  They only use my maiden name..as in Ms. W...... - and even then they don't pronounce it correctly.

I contacted my attorney when the threats started.  I have no payday loans or default accounts listed on my credit report that would warrant their calls.  At one point I did return their call and when I demanded information they hung up on me!!!!!  

I believe this is a SCAM with all CAPS!!!!

My wife received a call from 855-360-3402 claiming to issue arrest warrant if i did not call them today. Spoke with my local police department and they stated that default accounts are civil matter and the police or sheriff office do not get involved.

I defaulted on a payday loan 4 years ago, so it could be concerning that loan. Just wanted people to know they will not get arrested!

These people claim they are going to show up to my work and home with summons for a $500 loan and $1800 attorney fee from back 5 years ago. I asked them several times to send me the info in the mail so I can give to my attorney and they refused. They continued to badger me and said they had federal connections and would find me. I haven't even used my maiden name in 6 years so this is a bunch of BS.

I just got a call from them today n I actually gave them my card number but something didn't feel right so I canceled it and now I see this thank god no damage is done

Some lowlife called and left a message - for a name I don't even recognize - leaving this number and a "case" number. Some BS about charges being filed against me (amazing since they aren't even smart enought to get the name even close) and they would use my social security number to find and serve me at my place of work. Stoopid lowlilfe charletons - love to meet them on my own turf...

I got another call from a different number, trying to get ahold of my daughter.  They said it was a court matter.  There was a case #, so I called, in her behalf.  Of course they wouldn't tell me anything.  The 1st number turned out to be a fraud.
Anyone else get a call from this number ??
