Spam calls.

The eight attempts us inacurrate. When u bought my car, they called between 3 and 5 times a day for over two weeks. I did do the survey to finally end them. It is harassing.

This number is for a car dealership survey. Every time I go to my dealership, they start. They may be affiliates of many, Chrysler is guaranteed.

They use an automated dialing system that calls based on area code. Legally, businesses are allowed to call you between the hours of 8am-9pm.. However, if your phone's area code is in a different time zone than the dealership, sometimes the system slips up, simple mistake.

While I understand the company you work for has a job to do, calling people at 9:30 pm is not appropriate.

so I am having the same experience as those other individuals who have posted here. The only commonality is that 7 days ago I also bought a Toyota Camry.its really annoying, they call all times of the day and night. I think in total I have received 20 phone calls to date.nobody is there, I just stopped answering my calls, but they come at about 2 to 3 times per day.

This number is used by a Customer Relations Calling Center based in Valdosta, Georgia. They are simply calling to follow up with you on your experience while at the Dealership, and most calls literally take less than 5 minutes (I know this because I work there!)

As per company policy we are not allowed to leave messages, trust me it annoys us too, but we are legally allowed to make 8 attempts to contact you. If you will take the few minutes to answer our survey questions, we will be more than happy to take your number off of the list. Thanks! :)

visited a car dealer on Sat and received a call first thing Mon morning from (855)3631407.

they called twice on Sunday, on my work phone. I got in the day after Memorial Day, and what? 2 missed calls, seen they were from Sunday. ??? Reading this post, nope, can we say SCAM or SPAM...

This number has called me multiple times and has never left a message.  I am a professional investigator and have multiple VOIP phones that are untraceable.  I used one of my phones from another state and called the number back.  A female answered by asking me how she could help me.  I asked her what company she is with and she responded by telling me they are doing follow up phone calls for dealerships for new vehicle purchases.  She would not tell me any other details about the company.  She asked me for my info as my phone number on her caller ID did not pull up in her system and I told her that was the point, to be as anonymous as she was being.  I ended the phone call.  I did purchase a new car within the past few months, however, I used one of my VOIP numbers on all of the paperwork and I'm a little annoyed that they have my real number.  I'm not surprised they found it, as this is not hard to do with anyone, but still, eff off!  Just ignore them.

Got call and I will file complaint at donotcall.gov since there is no identification and looks unsolicited.

This must be a service for pretty much ALL car dealerships. I just gave my number er to a Volkswagen dealer in Leesburg, FL and got a call before made the next stop of my errands.

Yup, This number started to cal me after visiting the Audi and BMW Stealership.. Never leaves a message..

I had body work done on my Chev. And got this call when I got home.

Got a call from them and asked who they were: it is a company called ELEAD and they do customer follow up for among others car companies.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I got a call from this number about 2:15 today. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Unlike everyone else, I have not been to a car dealership in a long time. The voicemail message left was what sounded like a black man whispering- saying the same thing over about 6 times, getting louder each time but never loud enough to really hear. At one point he chuckles. It sounds like he is saying " I need to profit" with some other stuff...How can I block a number on an iphone 5?

I'm getting calls from this number at my work around the same time every afternoon. I don't answer the call, because I don't recognize the number, and as others have stated, the caller never leaves a message. Is it a coincidence that I recently called the dealership I bought a car from over a year ago to ask a question about financing?

I just received a call, 1st on my cell, then on my home number.  I did answer my home number.  It was a SURVEY about my recent purchase of my Mazda3 I bought.  I told her to take my number off her call list....she was courteous and said she would.  Now if she doesn't, that would be illegal.  (hope she calls again - I will promptly call my attorney)!! :)

I keep on getting a phone call on my cell phone from this phone# but I do not answer it.  No messages left and it's annoying.

Have been shopping for cars too.  Didn't answer. No message.

I visited a Nissan dealership for Service; while waiting for my vehicle, I went into the showroom and eventually test drove a new vehicle.  I'm sure you know the rest of the scenario... I DID NOT purchase a new vehicle, thus the followup call from this # to see how I was treated and to find out what they could do to get me into the car.

i went to see a car yesterday at the Porsche dealership in Rockville MD. they were calling to see why i decided not to purchase and if i wanted to become a VIP to "streamline the process". I guess when you tel them you are NOT going to spend over a certain amount they think these calls will change something.

I've got a several calls from that number without a message and one time I just picked up and it was a survey for Kia car dealer that me and my wife recently stopped to look for an another car. So I "pleased" them with my time  to answer a few Q but anyway I think that is a very rude to call at least twice per day and left no message.

Yep,visited a MB dealership today and getting calls this afternoon. I don't answer but it is annoying enough that I won't be buying a vehicle from there now.
