So this guy has now called my work number and is threatening to harm my daughter!!!!

I have contacted my local sheriff's office, police department, employer and security team. I have been successful at finding an address for this creepo and I have also filed a complaint against him with the Hamburg City (careful it's not Hamburg Village), NY. Hamburg, NY asked that I file a local police report and fax it to their office so they can open an investigation.

I hope they find this scumbag. Threatening/harassing me is one thing... my child is a different ballgame.

Now how could someone "destroy" a WNY fraud-shop ? You're already a joke. You're at the bottom of life in the debt collection industry. As low as it goes. Anyone having any calls from you simply needs to demand your actual physical address and that pesky notice of validation via the USPS. As per regulations under the FDCPA. You'll supply neither. No one finding this site will have to wonder why!

Oh, they know what they're talking about "John". We know you're a minimum wage cubicle-clown working in either the fraud capital of the known universe, WNY, or some smelly boiler-room in India. We know what you are "John". We have lives. Lives that have been so fulfilling that we can now help the people you're trying to defraud. That really ticks you off doesn't it "John" ? We also know exactly what we're talking about "John". which makes you even madder! That pleases us.
Life really sucks when you're a bottom-feeder. Doesn't it "John" ?

What suite would that be in? Google maps only shows a parking lot with physicians in suites at that address and the nice little locator is in a *gasp*  blank lot.. That reads Great Lakes insurance groups with no building showing.  So what suite?

ROFL! Nationwide Arbitration with a new name, go figure!

Nice try, John Alica Doe Cassante Ward. Trade lines do not magically dissolve away from credit reports, if I am comprehending your puerile broken English, simply because some debt collector has been paid. Nobody gets a "pay for delete" deal without suing that collector and/or a creditor for consumer law violations.

Then give us their verifiable information. You have it, you're on a "payment plan". Give us their valid physical address. NOT some box number at a mail drop in a strip mall! Give us the verifiable name of the people you're making those "payments" to. Give us ANYTHING verifiable about this fraud shop!
We'll be waiting.......

the ones who are putting positive comments about this company are obviously people who work for the company. especially after seeing the comment about "why don't you call them and ask that question". its a fake company trying to swindle money off of people! can't con me! i'm alot smarter then that. i find it funny to sit by the phone and as soon as they start talking on the answering machine i hang it up on them. then they call right back so i do it again.
