called my sister-in law trying to get additional personal information . tell her I was being served court papers but if I would pay them then I could avoid it. I had wrote a check to them . I don,t even know them much less I don't even own any cheks to write

A person identifying herself Lynn Smith has has been leaving voice mails for some time using buzz words and phrases, e.g. "Serious matter" has across her desk that " her division" is "processing" paperwork and will "be serving" papers to my place "of employment" and/or residence - followed a case #, etc...one day this person will hear words she's heard before " you have the right to remain silent..." and "due process" will begin! She will return jail where she belongs! Help her get well - contact the FBI -

Call with threating remarks about being served and you have been notified? The ladies name is Lyn Smith and does not give a company name that she works for and when I go to call that number back I get a message saying no longer in service. I did contact my local Sherriff and he says to ignore it.

Just rec'd a call from 855 371-2504 saying I would be served at home and at work.  I knew it had to be a scam.  I tried to call the number back and it said it had been disconnected.

Those on here saying it's real are the scammers. Don't fall for it. There is no law saying you have to pay your bills therefore it's a civil matter,  not a criminal one. These a** holes need to stop calling me. I wasn't born yesterday.

ver 100 times, tied up their lines and they never called up staining.

I made 3 payments but did not feel right about it. So I ask for there info. An they just gave be a po box. I asked for them to mail me what I owe and who I owe it to as well  and they said they can just email.  So now I am just waiting for the cops. If any one else has any info on them pl let me know

I just got a new phone and number, this was the first voicemail I received. A person with a script saying they were dispatched to my location and that I had charges pending against me in Maryland? Some pretrail case number was provided. I'm guessing whoever had this number previously was not in a good situation or this is some kind of phishing scam.
