You're a real piece of work. No less than six alert and kindly people tore apart your previous barely intelligible bloviation in a single day. You actually think you can return two weeks later and reload the same failed arguments in the same fractured English style from your Thug Collectors Songbook?

I do not need a lecture from you, a mouth-breathing troglodyte whose hobbies include torture of small animals and rolling drunks for pocket change at the bus terminal, in how to manage my finances. All of my billers are overjoyed with my monthly performance and I wouldn't touch one of those stupid toxic payday loans with a flagpole and a haz-mat suit.

You tiresome, broken-record PDL shills will simply not quit stepping on our nutbags with your insane notions of "fraud", "theft", and "responsibilty". Might Makes Right, you shout, and send to hell such niceties as facts, proof, and due diligence! You wouldn't put on this specious act that your rage against alleged debtors makes a blood vessel burst from your sloping foreheads if you all weren't so chemically addicted to breaking laws yourselves.

As a society governed by *laws and reason* and not revenge or witch-hunting, we made a decision long ago that making a criminal class out of Americans with bad cash flow was NOT going to improve that flow, and in fact was a waste of both monetary and human capital which only perpetuates the overall problem of poverty. We also recognize that a borrower's lapse in performance on a creditor contract cannot be instantly assumed to be a premeditated act, especially when a borrower displays a clear pattern of compliance before the trouble starts. Theft is premeditated, default is not.

THEREFORE, and again, consumer debt is a *CIVIL CONCERN* only. Defaulting on consumer debt is *NOT THE SAME* as "stealing" funds. Yes, a cash advance loan based on a postdated check uses a bank instrument. Defaulting on that loan (exactly as the predatory lender wants) is NOT considered "fraud" upon a bank, and is not "theft" from a bank. The operative word is "LOAN", a/k/a consumer debt. And what kind of matter is consumer debt again? Five letters ... starts with a 'C' ...... and the word IS NOT "CRIMINAL"!

Anyway, what kind of numbskull who *wanted to default* would sign onto a deal with over 300 percent interest? Do you have any idea how stupid that sounds? The way payday lending is structured, it would be cheaper and easier to physically hold up a bank teller for real and take a decade in prison.

stealing makes you wanted by the law, a person that borrows something and does not try to pay it back that is called stealing. At that point you just crossed the line and became a criminal. but the average joe plumber would hide and say' " no sir no sir i wasn't stealing i just couldn't pay it back. and the average dough nut eater would say, "sir its been over two years and you didn't attempt to pay it back"  and joe plumber crys and says its not my fault.

ahhh yes it is.

the morale is this: Pay your bills and those you owe and ppl wouldn't call you trying to retrieve funds YOU.
asked for and said you would pay back.

LMAO!!! Well let me tell you something Punk!!

Sheila Harris is the one, not Resident47. Now Sheila states that someone by the name of Lisa Hill was going to Issue a warrent.

1. Lisa Hill
http://www.lisahillwatercolorist.com/

2. Warrent for arrest? Debt Prisons are abolished and have been since about the 1850's

3. Sheila never said she took any loan from these people.

4. She would be a victim and would have every right to call foul is someone was trying to scam her.

5. Collector is not the enemy? That depends on how the Collector address you. (Link Below)
www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9YwTRvkawU?

6. You sir make yourself look like a fool with your accusations, instead of just reading the comments first before commenting.

Looks to me Sheila never took a loan, or knew who these people were.

Aren't you shill's tired yet? In India it's three thirty in the morning! Go to bed for heavens sake! I tell you, we're tired of this same old BS "Pay your bills". Maybe if you third word criminals wouldn't call us, trying to collect on fake debts, North America would be a better place. Take your 118 rupees, get a couple of Kingfisher beer (the king of good times), watch the cricket replay on tv, & call it a day!

Yeah right!  You are so full of it, your breath stinks.  What evidence legal evidence do you have that anyone has committed theft?  Since you are a "know it all", what is the difference between fraud and larceny?  Moreover, it generally is not their fault that some low-life bottom feeder bogus debt collectors start calling family, friends, and neighbors (typically in violation of the FDCPA)?  They usually don't know the distinction between skip tracing and skipping jump rope

Your some keyboard warrior who comes on boards like this calling people names acting life some tough guy.

It does bc you take out a loan and then say hey i won't pay this back so you dont. but there is no such thing as free money and you are STEALING MONEY!!!!!!!  you dont try to pay it back and try to hide your location or change your number.  so what should the ppl that loaned you the money do??!!!  i mean you came to them they didnt put a gun to your head and make you take the loan out. You said hey i need some money for a bill or what ever and they HELP yoU. then you claim to be the victim when they ask for the money back you want to say oh its not fair and i shouldnt have to pay it back.

you should just be honest with your selves and pay what you owe. then family members wouldnt have to deal with the calls bc of you. dept collection is not the enemy. you make yourself the target then claim foul play.

At a guess it's about payday loan debt which isn't yours, can't be proven, or never existed. Consumer debt does not make an American a criminal. A debt collector claiming the opposite is breaking laws and begging to be sued if operating domestically.
