This sounds like extortion dressed as debt collection. Consumer debts in America, including payday loans, are a *CIVIL* matter, not criminal! The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

Had similar message left on phone.  Muffled recording saying I had a complaint filed attached to my name and social security number; gave the option to press a number to enter your location information so the complaint could be mailed.  (I don't think so! Wouldn't they have the location info if it was legit?!).  Do we report this criminally?  It gave a call back number of 855 373-5372.  When I called it, it said due to the high call volume, no one would answer.  hmmmm

Had the same message left at home. Said I had a complaint filed against my name and SS # for a failed terminal ACH draft.
Called my bank and they said its a scam and I should ignore it. Call back number was (855) 373-5370 but caller ID showed the call came from (855) 373-5371.

It sounded like a recorded message, just stating a complaint has been filed against your name and social security number for HCH draft or ACH draft not sure sounded a littled muffled, but states need to call PGA at the number 855-373-5370 to give my statement. but the call came for 855-373-5371, no person to call back, just a very bad recording

This company called my niece and her husband from out of town, saying they had a warrant out for my arrest because I did not appear in court.  This is all false and is a scam.

The recording (poor quality also) is vague and sounds like a fraud alert.
