been getting calls from this guy also saying he will serve me at my work and i better have a valid photo identification. LOL, can he legally do that?

(1) Real debt collectors send you a letter stating what you owe, who originally with, and how much they want, & what they'll settle for.
(2) If you ask for their address, and phone number, they'll give it to you.
(3) How do you put a claim against someones SSN? Do they put a little spotlight on the card & interrogate it? (Talk card! Talk! Before we get rough!)

Msg: Kevin Smith that says there is a claim against your name and SSN and that he had not received a release order for the claim. Your scheduled service date is Monday 4/21 and he will be going to your residence or place of employment if he does not hear back from you. You are to contact the mediation firm at 855-374-9042 with claim number F010521 or S010521. I googled the phone number but could not find anything so not sure if this is real or a scam but the message ends with the guy saying ?Good Luck? in an extremely creepy voice.

I spoke with this person the day previous to this message and I asked what company he worked for, He claimed to work for "Boone County Locator", no such business exists, I asked for his address, he said he could not provide this, I asked what this was about and he could not provide that information either. I told him I was not giving him any information because I could not verify that this was a legitimate company. He hung up on me and started repeatedly calling people he believed to be my relatives.
