Horse pucky! Another professional deadbeat fraudulent shill trying to make the scam legit with lies. Real legal servers do not call period! Nice try, but epic fail.

Really, care to name those states and provide some examples? Inquiring minds want to know
| ShillKill 2014-06-04 23:25:53 Unknown |
Well, why don't you identify the company? Who is this "group of lawyers who bought your debt". Care to share their names with readers? What about there bar numbers?
Come on now, you shared the how this big bad group of lawyers sued you, then name them

And depending in the state, yes process servers are mandated to giv a courtesy call before showing up

A subpeona orders a testomy before the ordering authority or (notice of intent). Or it can call for evidence or witnesses. I dont think he would get on and make that up lol... they got me too. if u have debt, pay it. A group of lawyers bought my debt and decided to pursue me for the $ in court. I recieved the same call before hand

Gunnar -- we have had a shill and troll outbreak today and they are even denser than normal, so I wouldn't be surprised if they come back.
Regards

Do you think SK. they'll play with me? I wish they would. I doubt they will. You're damn good SK. When you're done, there's little left.
Alska,
Gunnar

So if you were served and voluntarily shared your experience, you can then share with use the name of the company or plaintiff in those papers you were served

Nope - I call BS. REAL process servers do not call people. They do what they're paid to do - show up with court papers and hand them to you! A subpoena is not used unless the lawyers are compelling expert witness testimony or the production of physical evidence - so again - BS. The only advice I have is to quit coming here as a shill for these scammers.

They called me telling me if i need information on a claim being filed against me to call this number.. i ignored it thinking it was a scam because it seemed odd a process server calling before coming out. Just a few days after, he showed up at my work with a supeona. Sucks.. and embarrassing.. i went to court and now have a lean on my property and $ taken momthly from my checking account. Any advice i have, they wont go after u unless they know they have the case won.
