I received a similar call but it was from 314 696 6695, I cant remember the name of the caller or the company's name. I was somewhat disturbed by it because I know for a fact when you are being served court papers, they just show up at your door, no "hey by the way, we are coming by tomorrow".  I told them ok and hung up.  I figured it was some scam.  Glad I found this site.

I've been getting calls since last week from  206-514-3343  and they keep leaving messages for the person that had our phone number previously and direct you to call the 206-414-5441 and gave a reference of QC3225 and be available between 3 and 6pm to sign papers.   I called them and told them they have the wrong number and this guy says he'll take care of it but never did.  So, I was home when she called yesterday and I gave her a good old fashioned cussing out and she started pressing the number key on her phone.  After this, I felt really good about myself.  She called back and started pressing the number key and would just sit there breathing.  I called this 414-5441 and gave him a good what for and then called him back , pressing the number key.  I then get a call from a number in Missoula Montana and he leaves a message  that if I call this company again: "Papers will be served".  I hit call return and he answers and asked how I got his number and then gave me the " Papers will be served" crap.  I asked him his name and the name of the company and he just said have a nice day and hung up.  They called back from the 206-514-3343 and didn't leave a message.  Total scammers.  I'm so glad for this thread.

I got a call too have you heard anything again from them. Called from a spoofed phone number and left 206-414-5441 as the home office to contact with quesitons. I did not in the least call them back.

I just had a call from 866-854-1655 giving her name as Carrie White saying she was from ICS Courier Services and that I had been added to her route for Tuesday to give me legal papers.  She called restricted.

I also found this thread searching for Division One Courier Services, Holly, who doesn't give out any information. Instead she gave me 855-861-7862 or 312-818-1353. I called a few times after attempting to speak with Amy Monroe at 312-818-1353. Everybody kept hanging up on me and telling me nothing. Yes they are still calling relatives and telling everyone they will deliver the "legal documents" to my home or work. Job gone!

These scumbags are scam artist trying to rip people off.
Dont fall for the scam. Go file a complaint with the local Attorney General.

This guys called my son's phone from unknown number asking for me. My son being the good boy gave this guy my number and he called me and left me a message that he was going to serve me court papers at my place of residence or employment. He said he was calling on behalf of division 1 carriers and he wanted me to call 855-379-7116 otherwise he will go ahead and serve me court papers. I called the number he wanted me to call and the voice mail come on saying I had reached check system management. It went on to ask for me to leave a voicemail, but of course I didn't.
The next this guy named Tony called me and threatened me with court papers. So I decided to google the company and this thread come up. Thank you all for the heads up.

Just received one of these call.  First on my cell (number blocked) did not answer, then on our home phone (number unknown).  My husband took the second call and since he is a Sr., decided it must be Jr. they were looking for and told them he was living somewhere but we had no phone number (not true).  They then called my cell a second time and I answered so to get more information. She said she was with Division 1 Carrier Service and they delivered legal papers.  I explained she had just spoke with husband and you were told we had no clue where he was (not true).  I then decided to Google this name and found all you guys going all the way back to 2010.
I would say they are working hard at being nasty.

I don't know who this is and  was threatened with needing an attorney.  When attempting to return the call, the number is no longer in service.  there are laws to protect against scare tactics from debters.

they are also using the phone number 855-606-5871 as a number to contact them at.  my caller called in blocked and wouldnt give his name.  Just a badge number, etc...these people need to go out and get a real job and stop scamming innocent people.

I got the same call on Friday. All threatening and stuff. I have a lawyer if something comes of this. But I believe its another scam just because I pay my bills and I have excellent credit. They an go F$$k themselves! The menacing, sarcastic sounding man said the phone number so fast I couldn't catch it. It sounded like 777-978-0926 but the number doesn't exist..anyone who steps onto my property will have to deal with an extra large non-friendly doberman..good luck..don't freak out girls who are timid..these guys are criminals and are trying to scam honest hard working people. no one will ever call you about serving legal documents, its just another bottom feeder trying to collect on something that probably you don't even owe. my debts are paid and i get calls like this all the time. i tell them to go F@@k themselves.

i received a call from division one services saying they would be at my home between 12-5pm to deliver papers to be signed. when called i got a voice message saying to leave a message. I left a number and told them to call me directly and not my relatives if they wanted to talk.

I found this thread searching for identical details with a different phone number because I suspect they go from one phone number to another.   I believe these are the same or similar scammers now using 855-216-4345.  They also have a case number, arranging for service at home and work, calling relatives, refusing to give info, etc.

My brother received a call from this same company yesterday.  I called them and they claimed the same thing but couldn't tell me the name of the creditor exactly.  Since yesterday. I've had 3 voice messages left on my cell phone stating they are going to serve me by Wednesday between 10am - 4pm either at my home address or place of residence.  I'm working with Lexington Law firm to clean up my credit and assumed it was one of my old creditors who had been removed from 2 of the 3 reporting bureaus.  I'm glad I decided to Google the company!  My person's name was Jeanine Carter.

Thanks, I just got two calls yesterday and one call today.  The message left was for a person with my same last name but with a different first name.  These people ought to STOP THE MESS!!!  If it is truly a debt, they would leave real information.  I have also gotten a similar call from a local number in my area.

Cassandra Morgan is a popular blogger (The Geek Within), Walter Stack was a GOD to anyone who runs/jogs, James Cutter is a character from the video game Halo, Tony Frost is a famous English artist, and Gene Miller and James Andrews could be anybody. I think these scammers leave all of us uncomfortable, and we need to take them with a pinch of salt.

I am glad I cam across this today. I received the same call from Gene Miller with a restricted number stating he was going to serve me papers and I have a court date the next day.  He stated the papers came to his office yesterday and I was needing to be available for him with ID.  I received a call similar to this a couple of weeks ago, and female called from an local phone number, so I called the number back and it belong to someone else and had no idea how I got their number. I believe this company might be spoofing phone numbers to make it seem legal. Overall, I think this is a scam.  If you want to serve me papers, you will not call me to let me know.

Hi! I received three calls back to back three days in a row from Cassandra Morgan  without stating a company name, saying this is regarding a claims litigation that required papers to be signed.  She stated that she would be coming to my residence on Thursday, Dec. 8, which is today between the hours of 2pm and 4pm, and that I need to make my self available or the paperwork/case number documents would be turned over to the authorities.  The call came in restricted and besides my normal debts, this should not warrant unknown calls.  Believe me, if someone shows up today on my birthday to serve me some false documents, they will stop with the phony tactics.  If the call was legit, there would have been a number listed and she would have stated a company name

we got a call from these idiots and they stated that i had defaulted on a 900 dollar loan that supposedly I did over the internet via PayDay Lends Capital LLC.  and i am being taken to court, supoosedly the case number is 19332. What they are doing, some how they get a hold of your last four number of your social security number and then ask what your birthday is,   then they will state that the paper work will be sent to you in the mail of the lawsuit being brought against you.....but if you try to call the 855-376-7119 back the number is always busy....please be aware of these thieves and do not give any info to them, my daughter verified her birthda and now i fear that she will be scamed for 900 dollars. My daughter-in-law called me and was pretty upset.  A message was left for her on her sister's voicemail from this number from a female asking her sister to relay the message to her .  The message was that she was from some law office and that papers were going to be served on her on Monday.  I work in the legal field; hence why my daughter-in-law called me.  She has some very old debt and she thought maybe someone was suing her.  We live in PA and to start with, the statute of limitations on collections is usually 4 years so I told her that even if it was an "old" debt, legally nothing could be done now but it was probably some scam collection agency who had bought an old account and that although illegal, there are some collection agencies who use these illegal tactics to get people to pay.

I meant this Mr. Youg dude...says he is from Bristol County and needs to come by and have me sign papers and needs a photo id. The the 855 number he gave out is a sham and so is he!! i had to block  all the blocked and private calls. How do they get my cell number and address??

Got 3 calls from a Mr.Young saying i have sign paperwork and he will show up at an address I don't even live at. These people are a**holes!!!! They need to leave me alone!!

I received a call on yesterday from a Gene Miller stating he was a legal courier and he would be serving papers on Monday.  He did leave a phone # and a case# and sd you have been notified.  The phone # was 855-376-7119.  My son got a call several  months ago with the same information and it was a scam.

I receive a call of this number saying the same thing that I was going to be serve by court and that he was going to take me some papers to sing, and  if i wasnt at my house he was going to take me the papers to my employment  this is a scam  or what. His name was James Andrews legal attorney

I just received a call from these ppl and I have no idea who they are. I left them a mssage to let them know I will not be here since I have a JOB to go. There are SO MANY SCRAMS GOING ON...I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THE BS

Same as Elle, plus said I was to go to court that Thursday. Caller ID said Private Caller. I knew it had to be a scam because all the times I've been served papers (and that's how they have to do it) I've never had a heads up!

I got a call from Walter stack saying he has legal document and a case number for court
He said. Claimant Name check management.  I never heard of them. If he comes to my home he will be dealt with by police.

I got this call as well claiming to be from Canyon County Idaho.  Walter Stack is the name of the person that was left.  1st you can check your states repository and if there is something that is going to be served to you it will be on it, there was nothing for me. 2nd if you call the number back the machine that picked up said Check Management system.  If you google them it comes up as a payday loan scam trying to collect money for a loan you never took out and they have no documentation to support.  This is pure scam.  They will never serve you papers and they will probably change their phone number next week.  Plus Walter Stack claims to be from numerous different places.  Sometimes it pays to be a cops wife and know how the legal system works!
