Thanks for the heads up. My trial Sirius Radio is about to expire and I saw this number appear twice on my phone in the past few days. I had it on my last car. I hated paying for it but I loved the radio stations. When I sold my car they gave me a rebate. Guess I'll wait to renew it when they give me a really good rate. It's better than getting the calls from Afghanistan and Romania.

This number calls my cell 1-2 x's a day, every day for the last week, except Sunday. No caller ID comes up and they never leave a message. VERY unprofessional if they are supposed to be a respectable and legit company! If it is Sirius, how did they get my new cell number?  I hardly ever use car radios so gave never renewed a subscription in the many autos I've had.

Yup.  Sirius called me three times today.  Hahaha .... I did not hear two of calls (had phone silenced), but heard the ringing from the last one but did not answer.  They can dial my number, but I am never going to answer.  :)  My "trial" (purchased a new vehicle recently) is almost up.  I already called their stupid phone number listed in their brochure and told them that I am not "renewing" the "trial."  I also sent a certified letter to document the cancellation.  My job is done.  They can send mail, call, whatever until they are blue in the face.  Sirius, don't look to me for CPR because you are turning blue ... lol.  :)

Suit yourself.   You are right.  Sirius will continue to harass as they figure they will bug some people until they give in.  Lol .... sounds like you and I are not those type of people.  I did not personally mind the expense of a certified letter.   All the certified letter does is document that they received the "notice" of my cancellation as they have to sign for it.   They will most likely continue to call and send mail, but I will simply ignore them as usual.

Haha ..... they don't own me. It is very simple ............ I am not answering their calls.  I already called 1-866-635-2349 to tell them that I do not want their service beyond the trial period (purchased a new car at end of February, 2014).  After reading blogs regarding how buggy Sirius is, how they renew you without your permission (because they are borderline and sneaky and place the phrase "will automatically renew and bill at then-current rates until you call us at 1-866-635-2349 to cancel" in their "trial" brochure and how difficult it is to cancel, I called and cancelled plus sent them a certified letter documenting the call of cancellation I made to them.  If they mess with me, I do have recourse and they are not going to like it.  :)

I got a call from this number today.  Thanks for the posts.  At least I know that it is Sirius.  Purchased a new Kia Soul at the end of February, 2014 and apparently my "free" trial is up.  What cracks me up is I never used my free trial as I have my own music on mp3 players.  I very rarely listen to the radio anyway.  Why in the world would I pay for it?!?  LOL!  Sirius has already sent me three mailings and I ignored them.  I will continue to ignore their phone calls also.  I don't have to purchase their "service." AND, I don't have to answer their calls or their mail.  They can basically kiss my a**.

I am not going to the expense of a certified letter which probably would not get them off my a** anyway.  I simply ignore phone calls when the number is not familiar.  If it is important a message can be left.  If I hear a portion of the message and deem it NOT important, I simply hang up.  It's really simple.

Keep receiving calls at least twice a day from 888-378-6696.  Calls have also been received after 9:00 pm on several occasions.

The more you ignore the calls, the more frequently the robo calls come.  Rude.  I think just for that reason alone I will discontinue my service.

I just bought a Kia Soul and have been getting mail from them to sign up. I just received a call but no message left. Glad I checked the site so I have an idea of who it may be, but I'm going to work with the post and not bother with the phone number since they left no message.

Have received numerous calls from this number on a Trac phone I use when I am on the road. Sometimes 2 or 3 calls a day. Very annoying and costly if you answer. Would love to meet the person doing this and find out how they got this number.

They call everyday. I bought a car that had a three month free trial and the 3 months are coming to an end.
They mail me something weekly as well as call and do not leave any messages.
I am blocking the call now.

You're probably right Mike.  But it proves what I've been saying for years: we law-abiding fools have to jump through hoops, hire lawyers, spend a small fortune in time & court fees, just to get others to obey the law & leave us alone.  Something is wrong with that picture!  Easier (& cheaper, & less stressful) to just get a good call blocker & use it.

Even with an established business relationship they are required to place you on an internal DNC list when you ask them to.  It may take a Cease and Desist letter sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt to accomplish that even though a verbal request to the caller is supposed to be sufficient.
