I had the same thing yesterday. I had a call from tim potter, legal courier. He called 4 times with an unknown number and the fourth time he left a voicemail. Did anything happen to you? Or was this a scam trying to scare use?

I just received 3 phone calls in 3 days from a Tim Potter, Legal Courier claiming to have some papers to delivery to my residence, seems very very sketchy? Anyone else having the same issue?

Received phone call from 406-468-1003 telling me to call 855-381-3514 because he was trying to issue a summons and could not reach me to deliver it. Kept repeating the county I live in. It involved an 8 year old pay day loan that they are claiming I have not paid, though I am certain I have.

Yep, they just call this morning for my daughter. Really had us scared. Mislead us to believe they were the 'County" officicals of our state!!!!!! We live in Greene county....this is Michael Michael Green and Associates pulling some fast misrepresentation to confuse to accused....by the way ....they had a different social security number/ They misrepresent, mislead, and seem to grab at anyone who answers a phone.. Tag MMG you've been had!!

Called from 406-468-1003. Said he was Bradley Johnson who claimed a Jeffrey Jones (unknown to me) had listed me as a contact. "Johnson" said they were attempting to prevent him from failing to appear for court in Wright County. Gave me a case number for the plaintiff and the plaintiff's contact number of 855-381-3514.
