Hillary called me also threatening to go to my supervisor and calling HR department where I work.
Same number as above 540-427-7652, for wire fraud. I told her good luck. These people need to be locked up.

same issues as above, threatning phone call and same stories as above about arresting me and and wire fraud and all that! the person that called me was hillary from 1-540-427-7652 on the caller ID and she told me that the number to call her back was 1-312-948-9459 they claim to be a law firm of ellis and ellis, and she tells me that they have several locations the main one in tx 101 huston ave...well I looked it up on the internet and called the actual law firm in huston tx and they said that they have NO firm in chicago! I hope these scammers get caught and go to jail!!!!

I too was told that we were being charged with wire fraud. That it was going to court today. They called everyone in our family upsetting all of them. I have a heart condition and this has gotten me all stressed out.

She said her name was Hilary Kerpes and she was with the biggest law firm in Texas and had offices in AL, CA and IL. She was very nasty when I told her I could not find her online or anywhere else. I was afraid because she said my drivers license and any professional licenses that I had would be revoked. CRAZY!!

These are a bunch of scammers who are only trying to extort money from you using threats, etc. They called and said they are an attorney's office, a debt collection agency..it's all a bunch of hogwash. Please do not succumb to their threats and give them any personal info including your debit card.

I too received a phone call from this so called Attorney's office but you claim they were a debt collector. I've had this issue from these same people 3x in the past 3 years. Do you owe a debt through a payday loan place? If so somehow these scammers get the info and they try to extort money from you. Do not pay any mind to them and should they call again, don't answer the phone. They usually like to pull their stunt once a year. This Hilary gave me a number which actually belongs to a Frank Pirucello Jr who is 61 years old and it says nothing about him being an attorney. These people need to go to prison for doing this to people~

Actually called my sister's mother claiming they will have an arrest warrant issued in 24 hours if I didn't respond to them. How they got her number, i'll never know but I was under the impression that debt collectors could only share info with the person who owes the debt. Sounds "phishy" to me...
