i got a call from these guys and it went to voicemail as i was busy. then they called my work saying that they where looking for me to serve me papers. i called them back and had asked what they where referring to and it was a debt and that they where lawyers and process servers. i asked them from who and they told me, but i have never had any credit cards or store charge cards. they told me i was still liable for it because my ss number was attached to it. they offered me a settlement which i thought was weird because if im being served papers then the process is already set in motion for a court hearing. they said they would email me the official court documents stating what i owed and that i could just pay what i owed so it wouldnt go to court. they also threatened me with going to jail and garnisihing my wages as well as contatcting my local DA to have me arrested. i got the email and its not an official document. it asked for my credit card information to pay. what it actualy was is a promisary note. they tried to trick me into paying a debt that i dont believe is mine. these guys are scammers. they arent lawyers nor process servers. i looked up on the california state bar association and they arent even listed as lawyers. furthermore, if they are process servers they have to identify themselves as such, which they did, and give you their number. DO NOT PAY OR SIGN ANYTHING FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. they are a third party debt collector trying to collect a debt that is close to running out of the statue of limitations. if you sign something it renews for 7 mnore years.

I got served a couple days ago and spoke to the lawyer in their office and paid a deliquent debt i owed from last year. No complaints here, i had just forgot about the debt. Thanks for the reminder because if i had went to court who knows how that would of turned out!

I receive all call stating if i dont pay there taking me to court. I told them i have a young child and pregnant and the guy tells my why i keep having kids and dont pay my credit card. I explain that i wasnt working and the little money i get was for them. He scream at me and said well your kids will have a f**k up life with a mother with bad credit! Really. What kind of person says that. I went off and click and im going to report the company.
