THEY CALLED ME TOO. THREATIN ME SAYING IM GOING TO JAIL FOR A HOT CHECK AND I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID MR JONES WAS HIS NAME BUT NEVER A FIRST NAME!

Recived a call from this company cliaming that I had frud chages filed against me and I need to call back in 72 hours.  Used my old married name.  They also called my work number.

These people called mu husbands job and said that he was going to jail for fraud, when we called them, they said that he had wrote a bad check, we dont have a checking account, and they said that they had him on suvallice camera. lol. they also called two my sister in laws. They are a fruad.

Its A Scam check fruad bull.

This is a total scam, people called me an said my daughter had bad checks in Garfield County. Bull S*** she had nothing on her.. ITS A SCAM

i just got a call saying that I need to call the attorney representing my county.  Funny thing is that I dont owe any debts and I work for the county attorney!  It is a scam...do not reply to them at all!  Report to local law enforcement!

Received a call from the same number at least 3 times a week.  Voicemail was left twice this week stating to call back by end of business (Ext 309) or they are filing charges in my county (never stated the reason for the alleged charges).   I am so tired of getting threatening voicemails from these people!  Its ridiculous.

Received several calls  before 8:00am this is in violation of the fair debt collection act also when they say they are with a law office that is also a violation. According to the debt collection act after they contact you the are to send a letter of verification in five days stating amount owed and to whom the amount is owed to. Have yet to receive this letter nor can I find any law office named ADS and Assoicates. Since I work late I called the number back after hours to leave a message there message didn't state any company name just says the party your trying to reach is unavailable leave a message. As for a law office they should know the law and follow it.

these people called my mother about a fraudulent check I had written.  I have not had a checking account in over two years now.  Telling me something about if I failed to comply they would send it to Garfield county courts and then best of luck to me.  I have tried calling the number back and would not leave my information because the recording on the mailbox does not include a business name or affiliation name.  So it seemed like a scam to me at that point.  I contiued to freak out though because I just got my credit started.  THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INPUT it saved me a totally break down.  These people really need to get a life and leave ours alone.  HOW DO YOU F**K WITH PPL AND SLEEP AT NIGHT!!!

we have gotten two calls so far from a David and today from Christopher. Last week David threatened me with contempt of court and going to jail because I supposedly know someone they are looking for. I told him do it because I had no knowledge nor intention of providing any info about anyone via the phone .
Today a Christopher Harris called talking long s*** to my roommate who had no clue who the person was, and Christopher Harris then said he knowsssssss someone here knooowws something. Telling us things will get ugly and oh my goshness we would go to court and blah blah blah. I advised him not to call again. Christopher and David presented themselves as a law office not a collection agency.
I again advised a***ipe Christopher Harris at ext 322 that he can go to hell and stop calling because the person he is looking for is not living here and residence is unknown only to hear his whiney threats of lock down. Idiots

I to have been receiving calls for a Michael Stein.  I saved his 4 messages I received and they are all the same word for word.  Must be something they read from.  The same thing is said, summons for court, check fraud, ADS... I'm glad I checked this website and assured myself that this is bogus, I did have payday loans that were not paid, but the opportunity was there when I put my loans in the hands of PDL Assistance and they negotiate a settlement with them, if they didn't take the settlement then they are s*** out of luck.

They have been calling me everyday for a week now....the interesting thing is that they are asking for someone else...Mr. Jones from the Law office of ADS & Assoc....need to get a day job you are totally off and today he said that if he doesnt hear from this person by 200pm then they will proceed with charges and prosecution...really

They have no authority or power to take you to court.  It's just scare tactics.  I like to answer my phone "c*** suckers anonymous" just to mess with them.

I rec'd a call from them and said that I had a payday loan taken out 5 yrs ago and didnt pay it..well I couldnt remember what the guy was talking about and still dont, I DO NOT REMEMBER TAKING OUT THIS LOAN..so I told the guy this..JAMES GORIN, and he said you know what ma'am I hear that all the time good luck in court..so I call back and talk to a Robert Dimarco and I asked if he was a para legal he said "you can call me that if u like"..but I still dont know what they are talking about because the times they r referring to i was gainfully employed and it was tax time as to which I always got a HUGE return so why would I have done this....arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh these people are pissing me off .....

ADS called me claiming to take me to court and trying to get money from me to pay off a payday loan, I gave them my account info, but thankfully removed all of my money and closed the account before they could get any. I can't believe there are people out there that take advantage of innocent people. GET A REAL JOB!!!!!!

I agree, I have been threaten with court charges fraud ect. where can they be reported.

My mom just received a call from these idiots telling her they had a summons for me to appear in court!  My mom is 83 years old so it scared her to death!  Whatev...

thanks for everyones input. i just recieved a call from them this morning. i do have a payday loan but have been making payments. did you ever recieve it fro your county . they said the same thing to me

Just got a message to call this number and spoke with a Ms. Reivera who informed me that i was being charged with fraud.  Told me i had a loan outstanding and that i would be formally charged if I did not take of the out standing balance. I spoke wiht the company they alleged had filed formal complaint against me and of course there was no such complaint filed thru their offices. The company name is ADS, acces data solutions.  The company that I had the loan with stated that there is a program on line that allows these company;s to get your information regarding payday loans and try and threaten you and harass you into paying them.  Do not do it. This is the second call in two days.  Called MRS. RIVERA back and informed her that no such complaint had been filed and she informaed me that her office had been retained.  Then I stated how can her office be retained when the company specifically stated they had filed no complaint.  She said it wouldnt show up in there databases.  I had just begun to ask how it wouldnt show up when she hung up on me. i called back and she starte saying there was a chain of command with some totally different company a north town capital.  I was then told by the senior legal advisor that north town was the one who had submitted the claim. Now by this time I had called a couple times and they were very frustrated with me and hung but not before telling me they would file a claim with the local court.  So we will see what happens.How can it go from this company to that comapny is the complaintant company. I have read on another site that northtown is a bogus company. what recourse do i have against these claims?

They keep telling me, every other week, they are filing charges in my county for "fraud".  They have also told me they will be serving me papers at my work.  They have also told me they have talked to my supervisor at work and will be serving me papers there.  I work for the county sheriff and there have been no papers filed against me and my boss has not heard from these people either.  I do owe the money.  But in my current financial situation, I cannot pay it.  This is not how it will get paid.

I recieved a herrasing phone call today from this number saying they were going to take me to court for check fraud.  Havnt wrote a check in over 5 years. Its a scam. I told the guy to get a real job and stop scamming people. He said f*&% you and hung up. I already reported this number to the sdc

Keep getting harrasing messages from 855-390-7597 saying he's a lawyer,very threatning,saying they are taking me to court.Is this a debt collector.

Just received a call from this number and they ask for Credit Card information to make payments on a Payday Loan.

I recieved a call from 855-286-0309  but the voicemail message that was left was to call a attorney by the name of Mr. Jones at 855-390-7597 ...What a total jerk
