I've received calls several times from this number and no message has been left. I called the number back and it is the messaging center for Alaska Department of Health & Social Services. They are calling to conduct a health survey and say that if they called that my number was randomly selected. They've called 5 times in the last 2 weeks.  If you call the number back you can leave a message or it says that you can call Rebecca Topal at (907) 465-8540 with questions about the survey.
