Well I've been paying 50 a month to Luchey Assoc. Since Jan 2013 owe for 13 month then all of a sudden this month it did not come out of my acct. Waited and waited Called the # 18662171709 and awas told THIS # is not in service... Each moth the $50 was taken out automatic ... Don't know what to think...

Back in September I made 3 payments of 300 to a luchey and associates for a fast money loan I had. But now I have amother company contacting me more for more money on the same loan. Got my bank statement and the number for luchey is 8556780744

Bill cook called me n I spoke to Marvin Kennedy n Jordan from luchey &associates..they said I owed $400, need to pay, otherwise will have to go to court..almost did..but thru the wonderful advice of The ALMIGHTY COUNSELOR,the HOLY SPIRIT, I realized this was a scam!!! Luchey & Associates is spoofed.  Sometimes they spell it  Luchie.   Anyway,  this scammer uses this on the cid and is nothing but a fraud.  They/he/she/it  has been scamming for quite some time now using lies, intimidation and violating the FDCPA from every angle.  I hate to tell you this, but you poured $100 down the sink that you will never get back.  It is illegal for them to threaten you with arrest and only a scammer or illegal collections will do that.   I don't know whether you owe a debt or not,  but disput it anyway.  Demand written validation of the Original alleged debt,  via usps.  DO NOT ACCEPT A FAX OR EMAIL.   Demand validation in writing of the original debt,  proof of a signed contract,  and the collector's  (scammer)  legal right to claim and collect in your state.   They have 5 days to provide this.  Tell them that you refuse to discuss it any further and will not consider any conclusion with out the written validation that includes their legal mailing address,  physical address,  and their regular business phone number as well as the principals withing the company.   If they refuse for any reason to validate the Original debt,  they are a fraud.  (which we already know)   The people running this collections racket as Luchey & Associates  do monitor and read this board,  as we have found in the past.  It let's them know how their scams are working.    Don't give in to them and don't pay them a dollar more.  Consider the $100 dollar loss as cost of a Degree in scam education.  Now,  google   FDCPA and begin the study your rights under the Fair Debt Collections practices Act and learn how to handle these unwanted caller/scammers,  and begin to earn a Free PHD  in Self Protection.

I just got another call from these people telling me that they are sending the police to arrest me. I fell for this last week and gave them $100, after reading these posts I cancelled my debit card so they could t take any more $ from me.  I told them I was reporting them and hung up.  I have disputed the charge and hopefully will get my money back. So wrong.

Said I had a court case pending in my county  I would be summoned and I needed an attorney. Said I had a payday loan and that my bank records had been supposed and I would be taken to court.  I can not find this company anywhere in any search .  They even spelled the name for me.  At least this time I could understand what they weere saying.  I am calling AG of my state

I got a call from 18776147549SS stating that I had a commplaint against me for fraud...Really!!!..I dont know who these people and I never had pay day loan...They wouldn't give me any information .... I told them not to call my phone again...The man had the nerve to call me a Stupid Bi***...Really!!!..I simmply hung up...I knew from this point it a scam...

I received a call that I a pay day loan to a subsidiary of paydayloans.com  they call me from tel #877-614-7549 I had to call back 855-685-4500 with a case number 35219. They claim to be a law firm and I will be sued and all the proof will be submitted at time of the court hearing.

Please help me should i give them my money because they said they will send me summons from the court .Im so streesed out now.

They are pulling Bankruptcy Records.  That is why I have referred this matter to the U.S.Trustee's office for investigation. Any information would help. Only you can put a stop to people like this. If we all work together, someone CAN go to Jail for what they are doing.

Just got off the phone with these people.  Agree not a law firm. Wouldn't give address or anything.  Think they are now operating out of south carolina.  Have a call in to the U.S. Trustee's office reporting this as a fraud and scam. Hope to shut these people down and prosecute them if I can arrange it.  Tell me where they are and I will go after all of them in Federal Court for my client which will help everyone.

yes I just spoke to someone from this company and was threaten by them,   I told them I had never done buisness with this company,, or any other payday loan company, He stated I bank at bank of America and I told him no I do not ,    he became irrate and stated he would expedite this court summons and threaten me that he would be serving me with a summons or worst yet have me arrested he also told me he had a warrant for my arrest and stated he would be at my house in an hour. so now I am forced to call the police and change my phone number

I received a call from them today ,but they gave me the number 1-866-296-0209 It scared me also I have never had a payday loan I don't even work I am on disability I kept asking her to send me documentation and she said she couldn't she said they would settle for 300.00 and if I didn't pay it then they would sue me for 3000.00 and then they said if I went in to default they would add more charges I grew more suspicious and told her I need written documentation and that I was going to call my bank I am gave them an old credit card info I am going to call my bank and see if they can track the people they gave me the spelling of Luchey& Associates she said her name was Mrs Morrell

PLEASE everyone go to the FTC website and file a complaint.  Unfortunately, they seem to get ahold of a lot of people who have had either financial or legal trouble in the past, which scares them into giving information they should not give, and some are reporting even paying money to these jerks.
The online FTC form does not take long -- let's get a real investigation going into these criminals.

I really think that Joe should be very careful in contacting ole Will at that email address.  Maybe it's just me,  but it sounds like a lead-in to some place that most people don't want to go...Just a hunch..

I got calls to my job! The number is 1-855-531-3726 micheal wolf. He said i owe a oayday loan & if i dont pay they'll take me to court for fraud & i'll have to pay 4gs,I asked him to send me info he said i'll get an email after I make payment. Scared me shitless till I googled them & noticed they harrass everyone. It's horrible how they operate..I was so nervous & with the holidays approaching this was some b***s*** I so didn't need!

I have been contacted by luchi and acco.. I made payment arangments but with a prepaid Walmart card that wasn't active.lol.but I was wanting to let people know the number I got was18885916087.

this company contacted me and also a member of my family saying they were from the county processing and summoning dept and were about to send a sherrif to my home and issue me papers.  When I asked what county she couldnt even pronounce correctly!!!  she then gave me a number to call 855-897-4809 and they answered Luchey and Associates.  When I asked what this was about she refused to give me any information until I gave her my social security number.  What a scam...how stupid do they think people are.  I asked for full written verifiable validation to be sent to me regarding whatever this is and she again refused and asked for my social security number saying she had to make sure I was who I say I was.  They are rude, constantly talk over you and do not listed.  I have contacted an attorney who advised me to file a complaint with FTC and to not answer any more calls from them.

Said I had to appear in court re: a federal investigatiosn unit. No such thing. Disgusting! Tried to call the number and recording advised call did not go through.

Got a call from this number telling me they are looking for my Son, said he had a restraining order against him. Gave me another number to call, and a claim #. He called and they are telling him he owes money for this and that. Each time it changes. They want his card number and a payment arrangement set up or they are going to order a bench warrent. Said they are Leechy and A**. They other number I tried to lookup as well as this number, comes up not on file. They are telling him he owes $655.00 and has to pay, or set up an arrangment tomorrow or they will order the warrent.

Got an incoming call from 800-231-9311. It was a recording, stating I had a restraining order and was named in a civil lawsuit. Left a case# and to contact 855-393-4944. I have done research on this in the past, and from what I've been seeing is this appears to be a scam to collect money from supposed outstanding payday loans. I had these numbers blocked on my cell so that they would not continue to harrass me.

I received a phone call from this phone number. They were very rude and would not give me the name of their company. Their claim was that they would see me in court. They have to be a scam because I never heard of them nor do I have any outstanding bills. I trule hope that someone catches them ASAP.

These same people called me saying I owe 3800 for a loan from pay day loan and more. They said i had 24/48 hrs to make arrangements and if I did it will 500.00. The man I spoke to was Mr Grant they was really rude and pushing the issue. So i gave them my card number with arrangements anto avoid court due to work. The more I tried to talk they talked over me, I spoke to my attorney he advice me to call them get there information and give them his information.They also said they refuse to remove my card off filed.Spoke to an officer lawyer and bank  and they said its a scam. so now they can try to run that card everyone is aware.When I tried to do as advice they said they would not call him and the only thing they could tell me is that their located in south carolina. I asked for an address and they said they couldnt give it to me because they deal with repo and foreclosures as well. They are a scam.....Per an officer if they call back get as much information and file a police report.
