Got a call from so called Arthur. Called a few times and acted like a regulatory agent that was calling and notifying us we were being overcharged in processing fees then wanted a statement from us so he could make sure our processing  company was abiding by government regulations. Then to top it all off he offered us a rate of .05% guaranteed with no fees and contract. I told him that he is not true. He became very pushy and I simply declined. He has rudely called back and tries to put on the pressure. He just now called back and has a new number. 855-455-6851  Said the company name got switched from Venture Processing to Tier 1 Processing. FALSE and CORRUPT!  I would have to switch companies too if I was that much of a crook!
Don't give him a half second of your time! He is a SCAMMER!!!

I was called today from Wendy...well I did the math myself and don't see any over charges...has to be a scam!

Brandi called our business today with the same request - needing the statements as we are being overcharged on our credit card machine.  We have our CC machine through our state Retailer Association and I didn't recognize the name so googled it like many of you have done.   100% SCAM.

I just had a call from an agent identifying herself as being with Central Processing, who asked to speak with the owner/manager of the business -- this is about the third call I have received in two months. The first two times, I spoke slowly & clearly that I was not interested in any services & to please NOT call again. This time, I responded that yes, I am the owner, so she started her spiel about calling regarding the increases in my credit card processing fees for my business. I responded with the fact that I do not have any business with her company, so why is she calling? "Well, I would tell you why I am calling if you didn't have that attitude." Funny thing, I don't think that is exactly the process to use to garner new clients, even if I WOULD be able to switch merchant processing services, I would not deal with this company if you paid ME!

I got a call stating our merchant account had overages.  I said "WHAT?!"  She said it again.  Interesting I told her SINCE WE DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD MACHINE!!!! I then hung up.  I called back to them and told them to take us OFF their call list!

I got a call from them saying I had overages on our credit card machine.  Interesting since... WE DON'T HAVE ONE!!!  I hung up and then called them back and told them that I was to be taken off their phone list immediatly. They were very nice about it and SAID they took us off.  We shall see.

Brandi and Nina have made calls to my company in regards to us being charged a higher rate on our credit card processing.  They say they are from Venture Processing & call from 855-397-1211 X1311 & 855-518-6565. When they were told to remove us from their call list they begin to argue that Visa & MasterCard had contacted them, because our account was red flagged for too high of a % & if they did not let us help them deal with this we'd be stuck with the charges & not the CC company.  They were asked once again to stop calling & the response from Nina was that if she didn't analyze this information we'd have a lot of problems in the near future.  Once again stated remove from your call list & then just hung up.

Got a call from "Robin" who insisted she knew for a fact we were being overcharged and wanted me to verify by faxing the last 2 statements. Insisting I do it right away. I told her if she already knew this information I shouldn't have to provide it to her and that I would not release any financial information until I research the company. I took her information and told her i wanted to check the company out to which she replied "I can't say for sure what their saying about us on the internet"  So I googled the number and as with everyone else was brought to this page. I don't even verify magazine subscriptions over the phone.... ALWAYS, always do things in writing.

Some lady named Brandi called and said that we were being overcharged on our credit statement and asked me to fax her our statement for June. Once I got off the phone with her this didn't seem right so I looked the number up on the internet and found this site and I am glad I didn't fax them anything. She called back after 5 min and asked if I was faxing her the statement and I said no I am not and she asked why I said because I looked your fax number up on the internet and it says you guys are a SCAM and she hung up!

called asking for owner or office manager, told them not available, took a message. said it was in regards to being over billed on recent credit card statements. I asked who they were with and the lady said 'merchant services' and i said 'is this her current credit processing company?' and the lady stated that 'we are above her current company'

Man claimed we had a merchant account with them and we should have gotten notice of a rate increase, I told him we go directly through our bank and have not had any rate increases. He became increasingly rude, telling me I was doing the math wrong and that banks won't let you go directly through them and all sorts of nonsense, told me I needed to stop presuming and start listening to him. I told him to take us off their calling list and hung up while he was still protesting.

THANK YOU all for putting this out there for unsuspecting people like me. Just got the call and told them I would have to get back to them  so I could check the number via internet. So Again Thank you all for having this on.....

Yup, these slimeballs wasted a half hour on the phone with us as well.  Tell them to get lost!

"Wendy" wanted to inform me that my merchant service account had been overcharged and she needed to give me a credit on my account pending we could fax a copy of the statement over......If you're MY credit card processor wouldn't you already have a copy of my statement??? These vampires will tell you any kind of lie a look at your merchant statement and show you where you can save 0.001%.

"Wendy"  A really fast talker, never actually said she worked for merchant services, wanted me to fax last two statements from my merchant services account, said I was being overcharged, she was going to go over my statement line by line and show me where. Googled the number and came up with this page, first thing. I got on the line and asked her if she worked for Merchant Services, she said no, I work for such and such company we are actually above them. So I told her I would have to talk with Merchant Services before I faxed anything, she said ok that will be fine and hung up! Ha, called out!

This guy "Anton" has repeatedly called (6 times in the past 2 days) asking for someone who does not work here, but does not try to sell anything, just apologizes for calling.  Weird.

Caller "Brandy Stevens" wanted too speak with someone about overcharges on our merchant account two and three months ago.  We have never had a merchant account.

Have received several calls from these folks.  They sweat when questioned.  She said if I questioned my processing company about this they would quit sending my statements.  Um, okay.

These people are calling constantly saying that they are a compliance officer.
They are trying to get your credit card processing business.

This is a SCAM.  They never provided their company name.  Said to fax over the last 2
Statements as we were overcharged.  Didn't identify whether it was bank statements or credit card statements.

She called back 3 times the same day saying they needed these statements RIGHT AWAY so that they could credit us for the overcharges.

I can't believe that they can get away with this type of practice.  STAY AWAY FROM THEM ...

Cal came in on a business line asking for the merchant account manager indicating there were 'overcharges' on the account. I commented that would be very unusual. When I asked for further detail they hung up.

I called the number. It answered "Venture Processing". We bear no relationship to them. It is an obvious marketing FRAUD.

I have gotten a few phone calls from companies saying they said we had overages on our merchant credit card and asked for my statement.

These people have called me as well as my husband several times.  Each time they tell us to fax over copy of Merchant Accounts like "we did last time" so they could give us credit on our overages.  Today I told the man to never call me again.  Today his nmae was Byron Goodwin and last month it was Brandon Gilbert.

Just received a call & "Kay" told me there was an increase in my credit card processing & should have received a notice from processing with the increase in which I have not, she preceded to make me believe that she was from my processing company & that I needed to send her over a copy of my statement so she could issue me a credit for the % overage that I have been charged for the last 6 month!! Caller asks to speak with the owner about overbilling on your merchant account. You ask her if she is from your bank and she says yes. Owner gets on phone and she asks once again if shes from her bank. This time she says no and  owner starts to tell her she is not interested and the caller rudely hangs up on her. Beware lies and rude.

Credit card processing company looking to get you to change based on their rates.  Discovered this by doing a search on the number.  When they asked to speak with the office manager or accounting manager, I simply said unavailable.  They immediately hung up.  Company dialing for dollars with little, to no, customer service skills.   ANY company that treats my office this way on, an initial call, will never gain our business.

Christine wanted to talk to the office manager about the February invoice billing.  We do not work with this company.
