Yes..they have fake "claim numbers" and try to scare you into giving out info...they have called all of the people in my family and even tried to get in touch with friends!!  Its so scary to think that these people can get away with this...DO NOT fall for it...it is definately a scam!

I received a voice message on my home phone and my mother received the same message on her CELL phone, however, they are looking for my father and want us to give out his phone number and address.  We do not speak to my father, but we did not give the information.  Glad I read your comments first!

The number was actually from a 855-398-2289...teling me I owed money to a payday loan source and if I paid them half today they would settle the claim against me...I know its not real...as soon as I mentioned bringing a lawyer into it...they hung up on me...I think its a disgrace that these people are allowed to get away with this..not only are they harassing me..but they are harassing my family as well....I really hope something can be done about this.

No need to worry.  They're trying to trick you into paying.  Don't give them any information and you'll be fine.  You can notify the authorities if you feel it's necessary.

I received a call from a private courier, He was going to be stopping by my residence or place of employment within the next 24 hours, with papers to sign, sound familiar? Well, I freaked out and called my boss, who happens to own the company I work for, & she referred me to another employee that had just gone through the same thing. She then referred me to this site. I almost fell for it, & thanks to a couple of very smart women, I didn't.

i just received a call from a Robert Sullivan and to call 855-398-3352. I tried calling this number back and nobody answers. They said they are coming to my job with documents tomorrow between 2-3p. Who are they? How come the phone number doesnt work?

Did you ever have the "papers" delivered?  I got the same call yesterday and believe this is a scam.

I received a voice mail from an "Edward C Berry" who stated he was an independent courier and that they had been trying to reach me and would be coming to my job tomorrow but!! if I called 855-398-3352 and spoke to the people who are filing the papers and get it worked out with them they could put a stop order and I wouldn't get the "papers".

When I called that number I spoke to an associate of Unifed Asset Solutions who told me that Paradise Cash Advance (online loan company) was filing charges of defrauding an institutional lender and theft of goods or services against me but!!!! if i paid the $778.00 now than I could avoid the charges against me as well as the additional court costs which would be up to $2,000.00 dollars.

I asked for the name of the attornies that are filing the suit and he said. We have a "group" of attornies. I said well what are their names so that my attorney could contact them. They said my attorney could just contact them. Sounds like BS to me!

We got a call from Ms L. Blane. She called us, our daughter about one of our sons. This is a scam and we do not appreciate being harassed. There was nothing to these calls, they didn't have the right social for our son, nor does he owe any money to these people.

This phone number belongs to a company called "Unified Asset Solutions" they called my cell and left a voice mail saying a Judy Burke had some field documents for me to sign, and she would be in my area tomorrow(Friday) and would be stopping by my residence or place of employment, and if I had any other questions I could call 855-398-3352 and talk to the person who filed the claim. I called them back and they told me I have an un paid payday loan from 2007, and that a Donna would be coming to the house, the vm said Judy was coming! My daughter got on the phone and told them that they better not ever contact anyone in our family or place of business or anyone associated with us again or she would sue them for harassment. They didn't have anything to say. I noticed alot of people have been bothered by these people by multiple phone numbers. I'm glad I read them all so now I won't be so worried.
