SAME THING HAPPENED HERE. CALLED THE WEBSITE NUMBER, SEEMED LEGIT. HAD MY BROKEDOWN TRUCK CALL AND SET UP TOWING. GUY GETS THERE WITH A 1 TON TRUCK AND SAYS HE'LL BE BACK IN THE MORNING TO TOW OUR TRUCK, NEEDS THE $600 UPFRONT FOR THE BIGGER WRECKER AND VIOLA.....TCHECK IS CASHED AND WHEN YOU CALL THE GUY (EMIL, I AM ASSUMING) TELLS YOU TO F*** OFF AND HANGS UP ON YOU.
WE HAVE TURNED OVER TO THE FBI. THEY SAID THEY ARE TRACKING ALL PHONE NUMBERS AND ADDRESSES IN CALIFORNIA AND WHERE THEY CASHED CHECK IN MONTANA LINKED TO THIS GUY AND WILL LET US KNOW THE OUTCOME. THIS GUY HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR A LONG TIME AND APPARENTLY THE FEDS HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIM.

They use 855-400-0855 and 855-600-0855 and 818-530-5358 phone numbers and they have website , DO NOT CALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I need a roadside service for one of my driver and call 855- 400-0855 . They ask for payment upfront and I did pay them by comeckekck  $ 825.00 . after I find out that they not the right people to do business with , PLESE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY . We did call to police and reported , don't know what to do next someone please tell what I can do . And I know that who ever do this think are fallow the notes about them . If not me but I hoe someone will catch them  I have a faith in GOD.

Why are you going to pay anything before someone even comes out? I'm sorry it may just be me but if I am broke down on the side of the road I will not pay any one or give anyone my credit card number or give them the authorization number to a com check until the mechanic or tow company comes out and either fixes the problem or I'm towed and only then will the mechanic or tow company that comes out and after they do the job will they get payment information so if you were gullible to give payment information before the mechanic or tow company was there and the job was done that is your own fault I'm sure that you have learned to not do it again if not then call me next time I'll help you out

Than you so much for this information.  Unfortunately we did not find this information out until it was too late.  Not only did they scam us out of $300, but the also misrepresented them self as being the Mechanic Shop that they called to do the work then lead mislead the actual Mechanic shop to believe that they there with our company and owner's of our Semi that was broke down and approved a $2,000 dollar part to be fixed.

total scam, truckers & trucking companies "DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS" I am an independent repair facility in Connecticut. MTS contacted my co. after hours through my answering service. The conversation is recorded. They stated that they(MTS) were going to pay by credit card when services were done & not to discuss fees with the broken down driver. My tech went out, did the repairs & then tried to get paid. He called 855 400 0855, phone went to voice mail & said mail box is full & could not leave a message. I ask you, what kind of 24 HR service is that if it goes right to a full mailbox, that tells you right there that it is a scam. After several days of getting the same result I finally talked to the original person that gave us the call, Erin, she told me to get the money from the broke down driver & hung up, rude b*tch. I was able to contact the owner of the trucking co. & he told me he paid the bill through comcheck, He never got a copy of an invoice,He paid $150 bucks more then my original invoice. I asked him to check with comcheck where the money went, It went to an account in Florida, gee I'm in Connecticut. I have called the number back a few more times, sometimes getting through, as soon as I ask about getting paid for the services we provided they hang up.
There are a lot more reputable break down services out there to use, Truck Down.com, NTTS Breakdown, Go trucker.com. I have never heard of this company before & it will be the last time. And I like Tammy(previous postings) will not let this rest, you got the wrong guy.
I have no problem telling everyone who I am, Breezy Point Garage In Connecticut, look me up, I will give you an ear full, I look forward to a representative to call me from MTS, somehow I don't think that call will ever come!

There called shop for serivce didn't pay for first call scammed the company 800.00 . They are a unfair, ruder, no good piece of sh-t people in USA . They called back ,sent company out again paid with good card . Company got there money . Then MTR put them on the internet as scammer

I needed repair on the road. Call them but they ask for $300 in advance to come. I gave them a com check for $300. They show up the next day, but their equipment got broken and they did not help me at all. I ask them for my money back and they set they not going to touch my check, but the check was cashed and when I tried to call them, they told me to "Shut up" and hang off the phone on me. Very rood and unprofessional people. DO NOT CALL THEM.

you didn't  come out to out truck we had a busted radiator told us it was 450 up front to order the radiator and we paid then you sent us to a shop that I could have found myself 30 miles away was looking for a service truck not to have to send my driver somewhere then we get to the shop and mts has nothing to do with this shop at all they say they never received any money and tell me my bill is due for 2019 dollars I call mts and tell them and he says my bill is 2490.00 even though I already talked to the shop and they don't know who he is so I paid the shop they stole my 450 dollars for doing nothing except making a phone call and now don't answer their phones they are crooks never give up front funds cheating Obama loving theves like these will get you

This company is a fake! Driver was standed on the side of the road and needed assistance. Number was called and answered by lady named Jan. She sent out another truck to help with the problem. They asked for the money upfront and then when the truck got there to assist, they were not paid from the company. This woman will also call the truck repair person (who is unrelated to this company) and pretend to be the owner of the truck!!! This company does not answer calls and is very rude. They do not have a real website or voicemail. They are scammers!! They will never fax an invoice for the charges that you pay and then you have to pay the actual truck who is a real person who does his job and expects to get paid!!! They will not answer the phone after they rip you off and will be rude and hang up on you!! They will cuss you out for calling back and take your money and run!!! They are located in many locations according to their website which is totally fake and has links that do not do what they should. Seen several reports of this same thing happening to others!! Beware of anything related to MTS or Mobile Truck Service!!!!! Phone number 855-400-0855 is listed on many websites offering mobile truck assistance but DO NOT CALL!!! They are all fake and will rip you off!!!!
