Got  a call from this number on 04-22-2014 at 10:50 AM.  No message left just a ring and hang-up without leaving   a message of a phone number situation. Had to do reverse phone look up
to see who keeps calling and hanging up.

855-402-7653 calls & hangs up - STOP

855-402-7676 called me yesterday.  Claimed to be from Mid-continent Communications, I think it was connected to  a Craigslist scam because he called me by my email id/address in which I use my middle name not my first name, Mid-Con would know my first name.  I made the mistake of putting my number right on an ad on craigslist.  Somehow he did know that I don't have cable, not sure how he knew that.  He was offering a month or two free trial cable package, I told him he didn't need my credit card number since the offer was free and I would pay later if I decided to keep the cable after the free trial, I told him to send the cable guy out to hook it up. It was a scam.

I won a Carnival complimentary cruise for two must call back within 48 hours. It said I won two round trip airfare. And it includes a (Fake black and white) boarding pass.I heard if you return call they can get info om you and steal your frequent flyer miles.Check out the news. Their such Ding-Dongs

This number 855-402-7676 been calling at my job that he have order I don't know what his name is Michael Jones somebody tell me who is this people?

I recieved a call stating that this is Angela Hayes trying to serve a summons. Which it will be served at your place of empliyment or your address. Than said if you want to any information contact 855-402-7676, When I called this number it was to a litigation firm and they were unable to locate my name. The case number they gave me was USROB1312 when I looked it up online this case did not exist. This is harassment and something needs to be done. Are we not having enough hard times instead of being threatened.

Received calls from a blocked number on both my work and cell phones today.  Same person each time stating he was Michael Jones, had received a fax order to serve me, stated he would be serving me at my home or office and that I could contact the Plaintif directly at 855-402-7676 prior to being served if I chose.  Too bad he didn't know we have a service that unblocks blocked numbers.  Turns out he was calling from 716-213-6105 which is out of Tonawanda, NY home to Cavalry Portfolio and many other junk debt buyers/collectors.

I also recieved this same call from unknown numb tues saying for me to call 8554027676 for some reason my fiance called as I googled the numb and found this post ,i found it weird that he said he was serving me over the phone n  having someone serve document to me either at my job or home n to call the plaintiff (the 855#) doesnt make much sence

Greg Porter also told me I was being summoned.  I forgot to put this on my original post.

I just received a message from Greg Porter stating that he received a fax in his office of a formal complaint against me.  He left instructions for me to call the "Plaintiff" back along with the claim/court #.  I have no idea what this is for???  The number showed up as "Private".  He left the 855-402-7676 as the "Plaintiff's" phone number.  I am not calling back.

Received call from restricted # says that he needs to serve me summons & wnats to make an appt.....process servers do not make appointments  LOL left the # 855-402-7676 to call back, when I called they could not give me any info and were very nasty..

I got message along the same lines, phone# blocked caller named brig or rick porter, guy had heavy east coast accent, said he'd been trying to contact me past few days "LIE" this was the 1st time he called, he stated he needed to serve me with a summons or power of attorney "LIE", he seems to not know what a power of attorney is. I called the number back and blocked my number, it's sound like a personal voice mail, no company name listed, voice mail message stated you have reached us after hours and to leave a message and case or file# and someone would call back. i called at 4pm.Really sounds like a scam. I do know my rights and they can't disclose that type of information via voice mail or to another person per the privacy laws, they are praying on uninformed people who fall for this kind of stuff, ie Senior Citizens, the poor, so please be careful, dont give any of your personal information to someone calling out of the blue, if it's real have them get you something in writting 1st.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They keep leaving half messages on my phone (it's a machine so it can't tell they got a recording).  We're supposted to press one to speak to Eli ?????

It's either a telemarketer (anyone else would identifiy the company name) or it's my dead dog Eli (the long distance on that call would be expensive)

Anyone who knows me knows i'm at work (and have no overdue bills etc.)

a Greg Porter just called and talked to my Office Manager, told her he needed to serve me with a summons, and that I would be in contempt of court if I was not available for him him to serve this summons.  That he was in the area and needed to serve it to me today.   That he would be comming to my office with the police to serve the summons to me.    For me to call back to 855-402-7676.

I too recieved this call and they left the message on my company voicemail stating that he had a court order in hand. Never stated what it was for only to call this number back. Since the message was left on a voicemail for everyone to hear that was violation number one. Number 2 is all orders need to be served in person not over the phone . I attempted to cal this person back no luck but truly a scam. report these calls to your local AG's office or to the FBI....Scammers beware I am on the hunt. I will find you.

Recd a call on my job,taken by my manager,system to have me call this# for Nick Todd,,wants to serve a summons for court. I called this # was told a summons needs to b served,when ask for what,it is about a bad check written in 2008. I told him I do not and have nt written chks in yrs. When I ask why is this just being talent place over 4 yrs,I was transferred to a " supervisor" who was very defensive,offenasty,yelling @ me,telling if I called again he will bring harassment charges against me. WTH?  This company called me,harassing me,threating me. This person is calling using am unknown #,leaving a msg to call this 855#.  Is this s scam company trying to con money???

Got a phone call from this number claiming to be Jonathan Ambrose.  Stated he had a court summons and if I did not return the call would come to my work place within the hour.  It has been a week and I am still waiting...
