This is indeed Comcast they call me every month my bill is due 21st they call the 15th. Even though i told them I do not want to be contacted cause i recieve their bill by mail. they say ok we will take you off the list and they never do. The peron who posted at the top is an idiot 13 yeard old who has no life and the only way they can get any attention is to start crap. Cause they are so pathetic that even bad attention is worth something to them

taking out a pay day loan and not repaying is a civil suit, i have been served at my place of employment and since laws has been passed they also protect lending institutions as well. paying back is the whole point, and if i would have repayed i would not be in this perdicument. any one can get served documents and its no crime, the crime is when you dont appear in court. now i have to miss court just to defend myself, as to why i couldnt repay my debt. wish you all the best of luck.

Well John Davis has shown up again. After finding a message by debbie dec.14, 2011 he has tried to scam me. Same line cliaims to be process server and knows all about me. Claims that charges pending against me and i should contact Mediation group to resove issues. I take the simple way and just let his calls be routed to voicemail. Cant be scammed if i don't answer. oh one thing he will try use a local number in my area code used 5027535940. be aware may use local number to try contact you.

They found you at a McDonald's. That ought to tell you right there it's a scam and a joke. Call the local Police Department. They have been dealing with this for months. You can NOT be prosecuited for a PAYDAY loan. Trust me.

I received a very intimidating call today only it was not for me but a similar name.The message was more than terse it was daunting. I almost ignored it but thought I would hit up Google and VOILA it indeed is a ploy to extort funds apparently.Thanks Google and ASK.

I received a call from a process server from that # and he left that # and a claim # there. i called in the company identified themselves as global..they had stated that i had 2 charges pending against me, i thought they were bluffing and said 'go ahead serve me' sure s*** today i had a process server approach me at mcdonalds and served me the paperwork, now im appearing for fraud and breach of contract on a payday loan i never paid back. should have paid it while i had the change, hope ya'll learn from my mistake
