FIRST THEY CALLED AND SPOKE TO MY EMPLOYER FOR THE PROPERTY ADDRESS/ THAT WAS LAT WEEK!! THIS WEEK TUESDAY I JUST GOT SERVED PAPERS TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR USING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO GET A LOAN!! I WAS TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK AND NOW THEY'RE TAKING ME TO COURT!! DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I CAN JUST PAY THIS AND AVOID THIS??? PLEASE ADVISE!! I NEVER MEANT TO NOT PAY THEM!! PLEASE HELP.

These people call and leave people personal information on work phones and the person doesn't even work with the company anymore!! My company is recording all the information and seeking legal information against PDL company! Stop harrassing people!

got a call from 855-417-7316 state that they have started court order processing with local county for unpaid PDL.
